Lori Miller is a typical young mom - vibrant, playful and full of love for her 4-year-old child, Mary Michael. She's also a chronic pain patient. Someone accidentally dropped a large serving tray stacked with ceramic dishes on her head, causing severe injury to her cervical spine. I’ve been going to this clinic for almost 5 years. I’m young, with chronic back pain. When I first hurt my back I gained about 60lbs because I was in so much pain and couldn’t run/exercise. I get injections every few months and it has changed my life! I was able to start running and enjoying life again. The staff is amazing. Dr. Tucker does my injections and he’s phenomenal! The nurses are so much fun to talk to while they get me prepped! I love going to this clinic!

They did a nerve burn on my left knee and totally destroyed my knee I have never in my life had this much pain and it keeps giving out on me now I can barely walk on it. And when I tried to explain it to them they didn't want to hear it they just wanted to start doing some other kind of treatment on it and I told them no not just no but hell no!

I have been seeing the doctors at Comprehensive Pain and Rehabilitation for several years for chronic back pain due to spinal stenosis and degenerative discs. They have given excellent care and treatment to me, and to other members of my family, showing great compassion and concern. The staff is very attentive and caring, always following up with me after any procedure to make sure I am doing okay. They have worked with me and my schedule, getting me in to see someone on a timely basis. I greatly appreciate them, their diligence and their kindness. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need

I have read some if the reviews left and I understand we all have our opinion, and that is fine. This is my opinion. I completely disagree with all the negative remarks. Pain Management is NOT JUST pain medication, there are other options to get pain relief.
Pain Management has been given a bad name over the last few years as we all know. So there is a Right way and a Wrong way to manage pain.
Comprehensive pain and Rehab has a State of the Art Surgery Center with highly trained staff and have Board Certified Physicians who really care about their patients and treating

This surgery center is TOP NOTCH. Dr. Tucker and his staff are absolutely wonderful. His nurse's Jacki and Katie made me feel so comfortable and really helped ease my anxiety during my procedure. My pain has been so much better since my injections, I'm finally able to work out again and play with my children. From pre-op staff to recovery my experience is always so great here. Cannot give enough praise to this group of caring, ethical physicians, nurse practitioners and PAs! They make patient care their number one priority. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. These physicians actually LISTEN to your symptoms and problems and offer a conservative plan of care care based on what you, as the patient, are comfortable with. 7 days past as I tried so patiently in excruciating pain, waiting to get the call that my insurance had approved the 1st of a 3 step procedure. NP Kristy Barrentine went on vacation, NEVER to have completed my office visit notes to submit for approval before she left!! I'm still waiting 2 wks now and haven't heard a word from her. The Comp Pain and Rehab office mgr at the Fairhope office, Laurie, simply told me, "I'm sorry" and I should go to the ER for my pain. Kristy refused to give me pain medicine, nor any pain relief and walked out of the room as she took control as being the
