This place is your run of the mill underfunded care facility. Horrible attitudes from all workers when trying to solve a simple problem for a resident family member. I’m sure they are underpaid and overworked but that doesn’t excuse the lack of any empathy and an “I won’t do that” attitude from a customer facing employee. If you have other options then I would make this place your absolute last resort.

This is the worst place to put your love one! I understand having to make an appointment during these times ,but when I make an appointment and someone failed to add it the the roster, I don’t appreciate done weekend hateful nurse waiving a piece of paper in my face raising her voice you’re not on this list! Don’t get me going on the filth! The pictures say it all! I said something the day I saw this and was told someone would contact me , 4 days later nothing! Thank God she’s been discharged!! Maybe they’ll find her dress, nightgown and one slipper not holding my breath….how do you

This is a sad place .i discover my Dad is own the way back to the hospital after leaving there 2 days.they discovered berry infected bed sores and on top the clothes i sent him with. 3 months ago.were still folded up in the same bag I sent to him and he tells me yesterday they never washed his hair. AND never wanted to bath him because it was to much work because hecis a big man and can't move at all AND is paralyzed

This place is literally the absolute worst. They literally let my ex husband who is paralyzed down his entire left side of his body be dropped off in a empty home, sat in a recliner (not even a hospital bed as said they was sending) but THATS the least of it. Our family has been told since may that "the directors and staff would help get him in to a permanent nursing facility" yet the actual director has called me and threatened taking my disability check when Weve been split up for 15 years. They ditched him and the staff are disgusting for the 2ay they treat elderly. Whoever runs this facility

My father is currently here and your facility is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The neglect and hatefulness from your staff is beyond ridiculous and i promise your facility will regret treating all these elderly this way. Much less the way you treat family members and us "covid" as an excuse to keep them away. Pure insane and YALL should be ashamed of yourselves for this. Every one should be on a elderly abuse list at this point. Im sure theres a few innocent workers but the rest need to never work in a home like this again. Yall have neglected a man who had a stroke and neglecting him rehabilitation

I wish I could give negative stars. I don't even know where to start. The three weeks my mother was there for rehab, I experienced the most incompetent staff. Forget how rude, bitter and incompetent they were, but there are two incidences of negligence that occurred at this facility. Also, I witnessed a dispute between two employees publicly in the lobby on one of my visits. It was very apparent that the negative behavior among the employees overflows with their actions toward the patients. The state needs to investigate this place of incompetency and poorly ran facility.

It’s a very clean facility and that includes the patients rooms, I received updates from the nurses and therapists every couple of days on my husband’s health and progress. When my husband had to go to a medical facility for other medical conditions all of his belongings were packed in a considerate and caring way.
I would definitely recommend them for nursing and rehab needs.
