Yoga of Dickson is a wellness center offering Yoga for beginners and beyond including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga & Recovery, Meditation, Pranayama (breath work), Massage Therapy, Tai Chi and Reiki Healing. All of our teachers and practitioners are experienced and certified in their field.

You will learn how to take care of yourself mentally and physically through connecting to your inner source. The 8 Limbs give you a practical guide to how to live your life while slowly moving your consciousness inward. Living by your inner guidance system. We have transformed hundreds of students over the last nine years.

Yoga is not a religion. People of all cultures experience the benefits of yoga. You can practice Yoga no matter what your physical condition. Although it is not an exercise, some people are drawn to yoga to keep their bodies physically fit, while others practice for the stress relief and healing. The Asanas (postures) give you a total body workout, giving you strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Christina O'Brien E-RYT and owner of Yoga Of Dickson is a clairvoyant teacher guided by her intuition. She connects with her students as a group or individually, creating a practice with the intention of balance. Christina's voice speaks to the hearts of her students guiding them to healing. She assists and adjusts her students when needed in order to help them feel their alignment fully.
