Very easy to communicate with and very prompt with their service to refinance. A couple of items I had to send to them more than once though. Very nice, friendly loan assistant, but I felt that she was unwilling to really delve deeper to get a better rate for me. She was satisfied with the rate, wanted to close fast, and did not extend herself the extra mile to get me the better rate. I could be wrong though. Overall, a good experience with very little hassle.

I usually don't do reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised at the service. Adrian worked with me from beginning to end. I had read some bad reviews about this company and was hesitant to give it a try. Needless to say. MY experience was NOTHING like the bad reviews that I had read. My experience was professional and the paperwork was handled in a timely manner. I had two options for a refinance both options were nearly half of what I was previously paying. I would like to give a big thank you to Kimberly Wood, my Agent, who from the start of the process set the expectations, outlined each step, stayed in touch to ward off any bumps or "do-overs", kept the process moving and on schedule. Would not recommend to a dog! They first approved me for payment of $481then when documents came to sign the payment was set at $650. I didn't sign let them know the payment was not as agreed to. A week later they got the payment back to original agreement. Then had to send 4 different pay stubs because they couldn't use the previous one because it was out dated for there records. Then got the final approval letter after 29 days of back and forth and complete daily frustration of resending documents. My payment was due and the supervisor told me not to worry about the payment that they would have

Tonya was my agent and she was super responsive and diligent in completing my application so that I'd get approved. She even double checked number when I agreed to new terms of 72 months. She didn't allow me to move forward until she checked the numbers and not only did she save me monthly and lower my interest rate, she even saved me 3 months on the refinance. Tonya was always a pleasure to speak to even though my paper work was a bit challenging. I appreciate her efforts and the value she brought to this service. I was approved, okay great. It was the going back and forth with documents that turned me away. Every time I sent a document, something was wrong. I had to get one document notarized twice. Then they told me I had to redo ANOTHER document that required a notary stamp, which IS NOT FREE. It got to the point where I just decided to keep my current loan. I started to feel like it was purposefully being dragged out. I could be wrong. Either way, it stressed me out and I didn't want anything else to do with it. Now I have to arrange something with my current loan to get it caught up.

I normally don't write reviews but this company deserves a shout out and my rep Ms. Witherspoon is awesome. From the beginning I knew what to expect. All the associates provided me with accurate status of the process from missing
documents to the next steps. The process took 10 business days due to the holiday but it was well worth the wait. Upon approval I received an email describing my new lender, payoff and tracking information for the current lender. I would do it again cause they don't play games.

I got approved and sent them all the documents they requested. Then didnt hear from them. Got another message saying they needed another document that I didn't provide and that they would need to re-pull my credit report because it has been a month already. Then I send them all everything they ask for again and then wait another 2 1/2 weeks. I finally get a decision and they denied me. You had me jump through all these hoops and do all this stuff and sign all this paperwork for what my car loan will look like just to be denied. They are not worth bothering with. Just stick with your company

Well I didn't want to believe the reviews I read but it happened to me as well. Got approved than I was told to text, email or call back to finalize and did not get a response back. It just so happens my payment on my car was due that week. So I payed it, and what do you know they final contacted me back and said are you ready to finalize your refinance? I told them no because now that I payed my loan, they didn't mention that they had to find out the new payoff. Sneaky! They wanted to pocket the extra 840.00 dollars. I do not recommend them and I will just continue to pay off my car

Open road lending is a joke. My representative wasn't helpful at all. He asked for documents and then I sent them in and he told me it was the wrong ones. He wasn't specific at all and If he would've said exactly what he needed in the first place it would've saved us a lot of back-and-forth time. He just told me he would have to re-pull my credit because the application expired on July 23 and that was today August 11. I applied June 23! why are you just now telling me this three weeks later after it's expired and took over a month! I have also sent in documents and he said

I found out about open-road lending from my Credit Karma app. I applied for refinancing on June 30th. By July 15th, my old finance company was paid off and I am now saving $77.26 per month and I saved a total of $3,399.99 off the total loan. I even have a $570 refund coming from the old finance company! I'm a believer. These guys are great!

Completely clueless of what they do. I'm in the lending business and they were just straight up lying to me. She had no clue what lenders they have and she had to put me on hold to know that. Then second time I called she said I can't tell you what lenders we have "for some reason" lol BEAWARE all the lenders they deal with are low tier lenders and only Ofer 20%+ interest rates they will not save you money. They deal with Exeter, Santander, Flagship, etc. which will offer you very high interest rate. Also said credit will be ran one time only which is BIG LIE. They are not

After putting down a payment of over 2300 for my vehicle so I could get approved, jumping through hoops, getting all the necessary documentation ect, I was told the night before my quote expired that I needed new car insurance. Never in the whole month before was I told this. Now I am 2300 short, with a ding on my credit and I'm still with my old company. Get everything in writing.

They are horrible. Told me I was approved sent them deed to my house, original title, divorce papers, drivers license, child support etcc. then the said they had to re pull my credit which was lower and they declined me after approving me. I now owed two months on old loan. They abused and strung my along for over a month. They even told me payment was going out to old loan within 24 hours, Tiffany Carter is the girl I spoke with. Was pre-approved for refinancing. The agent suggested we use my wife as the main borrower, even though I'm the main borrower on our current loan. I'm a military 100% disabled veteran and my wife is my caregiver. They would not accept her proof of income and denied us based off this. Even though they denied us they still had us waiting and not paying our car note thinking we were approved. This company is garbage.

I completed the application online - and I was denied - for no reason.
And of course my credit score was effected by that application.
Ever since then Openroad Lending keeps harassing me with emails and daily phone calls. They keep changing their numbers, so I can not block their calls.
I tell them every day to stop calling me because after the initial denial I do not want to do business with them.
They won't take "NO"
