I was really excited when they handed me the keys to a 2015 Hyundai. I was having to pay a pretty penny on it but felt ok with that because I don't have very much credit history. However, after having it only 3 weeks, it started acting up. I had to almost throw a fit before they said I could bring it in and they would fix it. Fast forward 9 months later.... Check engine light comes on. I brought it to a mechanic and found out the car that I only had for 10 months and already put $6000. into..... Was having transmission failure. I put a down payment on a car about a month and a half ago , since then I have been through 4 suvs with them . Every single suv they have given me the transmission has went out in less than 4 days . Finally on the 4th suv they had to switch me out for I was driving for about 3-4 days and it began showing signs of a bad transmission so I contacted them and the owner apologized and said he was going to fix everything .the had my car for 5days and said they replaced the catalytic converter. After getting the suv back from them I noticed that it was still driving the same way and there were no changes

Do not buy a vehicle from this lot. They are beyond unprofessional! They sold me a car that seized up going 60 on the highway and refused to fix it appropriately. The manager at the camp Bowie location where I bought the car refused to answer and put his little receptionist chick on the phone to cover for him. They never offered a refund or another car until mine was fixed the right way. It also had weed in the ash tray that we noticed after purchasing it. No one returned my calls nor cared about my frustrations or being upset that this was going on. Not to mention they charged 3x more than the

I should have read the reviews of Blaiden and Sean Brown before shopping there. I was there last Saturday 10/16 to get a car. The friendly atmosphere is why I gave it one star instead of none. I had the black Toyota Yaris 2009 for almost 5 days. The mileage was already at >196,000 miles but I was still optimistic since it was only planned for use to and from work. The transmission gave out after only 5 days! The estimate I was given to replace the transmission was almost $2500. I paid the $1000 down they requested so the car balance now is about $8,000, excluding the price to replace the transmission

Walking in amazing staff very professional my guy LB made sure I understood everything no hassle. Pros: The staff is nice and easy to talk to. Thank you to Renee, Lafayette and Joel for getting me into a car same day. When prompted they will give you as much information as you ask for. Lafayette was extremely patient while I made my decision.
Cons: This lot will not use your bank pre approval (which I asked about over the phone). The car that I wanted that said available in the system was not at the lot so i opted for something else.
