Also known as modified bitumen roofing, these torch applied systems are most commonly used for commercial roofing applications, though we also routinely apply these systems throughout Los Angeles and Orange County in low-slope residential roofing applications as well. At Chandler's Roofing, we also use a modified torch system as the underlayment system, for high-end tile roofing systems looking for a longer warranty and life expectancy.

I just had Chandler's replace my roof and I'm incredibly glad I did. As a Realtor, I have several contractors that I trust. I had never used Chandler's before but some colleagues have given them high marks. Brian came over to my property to assess the scope of work and the next day he came over with the estimate and a convincing spiel on why I should trust them and their work. The bid was competitive and I really appreciated Brian's explanation of the process. They got to work right away and finished ahead of anticipated completion date. If you’re considering putting a new roof on your house I strongly recommend Chandlers Roofing. I recently purchased a house and the entire roof needed to be replaced. Brian the owner came to the house and provided me with ample options of roofing material samples and colors to choose from. He helped me make the best choice possible based on his experience of the product quality and my budget. He was not pushy and took my interests to heart. This company is so fantastic that you will not go wrong with a new roof or Solar Panels.
