Why do I have to call everyday to fix the same problem?? Why is my computer broken every time I get to work? Why do I have to spend the first 45 minutes to an hour on the phone to fix the same exact issue as yesterday? I don't get it. How many times is the server going to get rebooted? and nothing gets fixed. What do you guys do all day?
