Kathryn Aschwald has been appraising businesses since 1984. She specializes in ESOP-related valuation and financial advisory services, litigation support, and transactions. Ms. Aschwald has significant experience in ESOP related fairness opinions and has performed financial advisory services for both publicly traded and privately held ESOP companies.
Arlene Ashcraft has been engaged in business appraisals since 2005. She specializes in ESOP valuation and financial advisory services, estate and gift tax valuations, and appraisal assignments for litigation support purposes. Ms. Ashcraft has performed appraisals across many industry sectors and has extensive experience in the engineering/consulting and forest product industries.
