Integrity and premium customer service is what you can expect from this company, especially if you are dealing with Butch. He and Joe at the Panama City shop are the best. After a repair gone wrong with another company, Butch stepped in. He worked tirelessly and stayed in touch with updates through the entire proces. Seriously, these guys are the best.

ABSOLUTELY the only place to get quality used parts,,the people were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The manager,Butch Harvell understood I was in a hurry to get back out of town and had to leave on Saturday and not only found me a rear end for my truck, but immediately pulled it and had it ready for me by the time I got there,,in and out in 15 min. AMAZING..thank you councilman of Spanish Fort.

Every time you call, they put you on hold right away. Even if no one is busy. Also, they hang up without saying goodbye. A little rude over the phone which is why I didn't give 5 stars but that's just my opinion. I think customer service is a big deal. But they're nice and professional in person. They should hire a woman or two. There's only guys standing around but I guess it's to be expected at an automotive junk yard.
