I was “encouraged” to use this law firm to represent me in the closing of a StyleCraft Home (who provided incentives if you use Parker, Pollard, Wilton, & Peadon).
They were suppose to represent my interest but clearly they could care less about me, the homeowner, as approximately 17 months later Meredith Yoder sent me a letter stating he was representing StyleCraft Homes in their refusal in replacing a roof that within 3 months of purchasing shingles began falling off.
I made many attempts to contact Mr. Yoder but he refused to call back. The letter he sent felt intimidating and utilized
