I'm a Wisconsin trucker, it had been raining in northern Washington for the last 2 days, then I found 2 previous roof patches leaking on my trailer, Googled Trailer repairs near me, and Utility Trailer Sales of Washington came up, called them and a very friendly voice picked up the phone, spoke with Kelly D at their Mt Vernon Washington shop, and she got me into the shop forthwith, got it fixed right and fast at a reasonable price , met miss Kelly D while paying the invoice, and she's even more pleasant in person , very pretty and professional. I most definitely recommend this fine establishment

Very unprofessional service include a management and service manager Rachel .They done service call for replace emergency valve ,and charge us 5 hours $220 per hour .For valve replace took mechanic 1 hour and 15 min and uncage brakes another 3 hours and 45 min . 1 hour mechanic left because don't have gun to release bolt on chamber , which our driver was showed him .He even not pay attention that brakes that wasn't released .After he try to remove bolt for another 20 min ,and not able. Our driver removed for 3 min take a vices.

Very nice people. Alternator and battery Replaced very quickly. 25 minutes tops. Problem is I took Over 2 1/2 hr for the paperwork to go through.Asked about it 4 times. 1st to his mechanic was still doing paperwork. Then it was under review by the manager.and then redoing the bill.786.08 for a alternator and battery.I think they were padding the per hour rate......313.16 just in labor. For a 2 bolt alternator and battery totally BS.will not be back

This place has been a very pleasant experience every time I have come here. Genuine professional customer service with great smiles & a helpful and positive tone of voice every time. On top of great service to the trailers needs - it also came out of the wash bay looking better than I have seen it in 3 years I have used this trailer. Overall great experience and I highly recommend them.
