I recently bought a 2021 camper from here and the sales department was great. Unfortunately after getting it home I noticed a small tear in the awning, one of the cabinets broke the first time opening and the refrigerator has gone out already in it. Having a hard time to find anybody to come fix it.

Not the place to buy. Not only did our trailer come with a missing wheel bearing, it also blows fuses. After discussing with their team, they offered to help us trade in for something bigger. Never heard back. Also, very overpriced for new models compared to competitors. Lots of better competition with much better inventory elsewhere. Disappointed all around.

Don and the crew are just incredible! I purchased my first TT and when I went to visit and ask about towing options. Don took time to cover all options with me and walk me through the process. Upon my choice I took my trailer down and they made all the appropriate modifications to balance and install my tow system. Above and beyond I was walked through the setup and tear down. And they checked my battery, some wiring and helped me with a few questions I had for other items. I so appreciate their customer service and assistance. Never made me feel silly as a girl for asking questions or getting

We purchased our first travel trailer from Kent RV. They were nothing but helpful, understanding and patient. They went out of their way to teach newbies like us how to get setup with our our new trailer. They were not pushy with sales at all. They took their time on the walkthrough and showed us all the systems thoroughly and helped us install the proper hitch for our rig. The whole team was outstanding. Highly recommend.
