It can take several hours for someone to be processed, or "booked" in. Once booked, they either wait to go to probable cause, or "PC", court at 8am (for some new charges), or they may be bonded out if they have already had a bond amount set. Lastly, once the bond is posted, it can take anywhere from two to eight hours for the county jail to process the inmate out.
If you have received a DWI in Montgomery County and a form telling you that you have Ancillary Conditions of Bond, that means that you will have to have an ignition interlock device installed in your vehicle. This is a requirement if your charge is a 2nd or more DWI, an accident involving injury, or if your BAC was over a certain amount.
If an inmate has been processed into the Montgomery County jail, you will see their name on the roster. It takes an average of 8-12 hours for an inmate to be processed in from the time that they arrive at the main jail in Conroe. It can take longer depending on how many people have been arrested on any given day.

This bail bond company made FEEL LIKE A PERSON, and not just another dollar. Always understanding and helpful!! I will only refer friends and family to them!! Other bail bond companies revoke your bond if you miss ONE ck in and can't pay the fee immediately. Even had one bail bond company harrassing my boss! Natalie is very friendly and gives you every opportunity to pay out any fees that are owed. Highly recommended!

Read the first review because they are absolutely right. This bonding company is nothing short of a bunch of hyenas and extortionist feeding off the impoverished and destitute people in Montgomery County. They take your money and you can show up to Court every time and all they got to do is tell the Court you didn't call in or have not paid them their extortion fees and they can revoke your bond - no hearing no nothing. The Courts in Conroe simply say "REALLY?" OK that bond is revoked. You might say "well that is what you get for getting yourself in that position" YEAH??? Well here's a news flash
