Our design center is located at 2699 Overcup Drive, which also doubles as a Model Home. This allows our team to show clients the quality, style, and finish of a quality custom Tom Watson Construction home. The building serves as our business and sales office, but more importantly, it is the source for many great ideas and design aspects.
Our experience in building quality custom homes has enabled us to encounter many important aspects about the construction process. Good communication is key, therefore we want the client involved in every step of the way! The building site for your new beautiful home is just as important as the home itself.
Our services in construction go beyond building custom homes, we also offer upscale remodeling and renovation options. In each remodeling project we take over, our team continues to focus on details, financial comfort, integrity, and craftsmanship work. Many of the same subcontractors that we use in our custom home endeavors, use their skill on our remodeling projects.
As our local market has grown and changed over the years, so has our clients needs. While keeping our focus on client satisfaction, we are able to assist in commercial construction and renovations. We are a licensed General Contractor that offers a focused, detail oriented approach to Commercial Construction.

We had the best experience working with Tom Watson Construction. I was living in AZ while my husband was out here during the entire process. Everyone on Tom's team was extremely professional, helpful, and made the process so easy. Jennifer, in the office, was amazing. So willing to help and quick with any answers to any questions I had. Not being here to see the home building process was nerve racking but Tom, Jennifer, George, and everyone involved did everything they could to help us. I raved about this company to everyone in AZ and highly recommend Tom and his team if you are thinking of building

We cannot recommend Tom and his team enough! As first-time home buyers, we were hesitant to go through the process of building. Everyone at TWC made this a seamless experience! Jennifer is detail oriented and organized, making sure communication is a top priority throughout the whole timeline. George is hardworking and accommodating of every request and concern. Tom and his wife Cindy are kind, honest, and experienced. They willingly answered our many questions and were willing to give advice when we needed it!

Outstanding builder and team! We conducted extensive research into builders in the central Arkansas area as we were moving from another state. Tom and his team came highly rated and recommended. The attention to detail by his staff and design team made custom building a home from another state a smooth and hassle free process. As the general contractor, he picked a select group of highly rated and professional subcontractors in their own right. Tom met or exceeded expectations especially when it came to accelerating the build schedule. This allowed us to move into our new home in late summer instead
