Root Cellar recently helped our work team celebrate Premiere Event's 21st Anniversary. From start to finish, working with Vanessa and her team was a great experience. Our guests enjoyed every item served. The hors d'oeuvre menu was creative, portions were just right and there was plenty for all. Thanks, Root Cellar, for a great event.

The food was INCREDIBLE! Megan and Vanessa were so easy to work with and so accommodating. My husband and I loved the tasting we had with them; it was like a date night! Our only issue was with the serving staff, they did not distribute the cake properly to our guests, and many of them (including my husband and I and both our families) did not receive cake at all :( that was pretty disappointing. I still wouldn't have chosen any other catering company for our big day. Well done Root Cellar and thank you!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Root Cellar Catering for our wedding day! Megan is an absolutely amazing chef, we ate all of our leftovers the next day! Vanessa was extremely helpful in answering all of our many questions and making our big day run smoothly! 10/10 would recommend Root Cellar and hope we get to work with them again in the future!

When we were planning our small 14 guest wedding we wanted it to feel like a dinner party with REALLY good food. Megan & her team at Root Cellar created the MOST AMAZING wedding meal (and morning- after brunch) for us. They made accommodations for our vegan and nut-allergy guests and we could not have asked for anything more! The menu included browned butter scallops with lemon risotto, beef tenderloin with fingerling potatoes, delicious family style asparagus and brussel sprouts, and so much more. They even created two perfect cocktails, a blackberry whiskey lemonade and elderflower gin sour.

Vanessa, Megan, and the whole Root Cellar team are extraordinary. They are so incredible to work with from the initial inquiry to post-event. They are so eager to offer an impeccable experience for their clients, supporting them and offering recommendations throughout planning, being incredibly involved with venue and food logistics, and helping in other areas, such as rentals. Their food is phenomenal. Everything is SO delicious that you cannot make a wrong choice with your catering menu. Root Cellar was amazing to work with! Vanessa answered every single question I had by email and phone for over a year and half (bless her). Our tasting with Megan was DELICIOUS. We chose to do their mac and cheese and southern BLT sliders for passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Dinner was their salad, roasted chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans. The food tasted amazing at the tasting and just as good on our wedding day. They made sure that the bride and groom actually ATE, which usually doesn't happen.
