Horrible place to work.Dept heads talk to staff any way they want. Kay Mapps is just a habitual liar. Kay is supposed to be the activity director but that’s a joke. She mostly hides out when the residents look for her to do an activity.Nancy Ransom ( HK supervisor) is nothing but a bully, kitchen supervisor also a bully. HR manager is stealing referral bonus from employees.Med techs giving meds to the wrong people. A resident could have died from that. Nick (the maintenance man) I’ve never seen him actually work on anything except his cigarette habit. He talks the talk though. Some of the aides

I really like working here. I enjoy my residents and the staff. It was difficult with the covid when residents couldn't leave to see families but now it's getting better.. they are open now for visitation. Nancy Ransom is the sweetest and a very hard worker despite what some jerks may think or write about her.

The management is the problem here. Nancy is borderline psychotic, from gas lighting to belittling to lying about you. I watched her torment my loved one lying, keeping them in the dark, screaming at them. Nobody can say anything to her because she is so delusional and the others allow her disgusting behavior to continue. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU CRAE FOR THEM EVEN IN THE SLIGHTEST!!!

Does anyone else have a family member who is a current resident here at Greenville Gardens? Are you having a difficult time getting information pertaining to your family member condition or well being? Have you been able to speak to him/her since the COVID pandemic? I call atleast twice a week seeking for a update on my grandfather and it seems every time I call no one is able to provide an update and they say they will have someone call me back within a few hours but I never receive a call. Or they advise me to call back the next day to speak with a specific person and when I do they are unavailable
