Sunny Springs Rehab recognizes the changing needs of our community and strives daily to meet those needs in a safe, compassionate environment. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care, including short and long term rehabilitation. Private rooms help with the healing process, and our short stay unit is designed for those who need post-acute care following hospitalization with plans to return home.
With our superior level of amenities and aesthetic grounds, Sunny Springs Rehab looks more like a 5-star hotel than it does a traditional medical facility. And yet, the quality of our medical and transitional, post-acute rehabilitative care is among the highest available in the industry.

My mom was in here for rehab about 3 weeks. Don't have a lot of experience with nursing homes but if this is a 5 star facility as I was told. There is a real problem with the nursing facilities in Texas. The worst part that I found is they will tell you anything to make them look good. I would say be very careful with your loved ones.

They're beyond short staffed here. Your loved ones are not safe! Because of the short staff the residents will be soaked and wet for hours on until a CNA can finally reach them. The residents that are full dependent stay dehydrated all throught out the day. SHORT STAFFED means NEGLECT!!! Nurses don't help CNA take care of the residents even if that resident needs dire help!
Don't let them fool you! And again! So low staffed they have HR helping in the kitchen without a food permit.

This is a wonderful facility, and meets all of my father’s needs. I can’t say enough positive about my experience working with Stephanie Stevens! She went above and beyond her call of duty with all the bumps our family encountered with insurance issues for coverage for my father’s care at Sunny Springs. Top notch people to work with! I am so greatful and pleased with their service! Top notch for sure!
5/13/21 one month later. My father was discharged from Sunny Springs today. The care he received was amazing. His physical therapist Wesley was exceptional! The staff at this facility truly

Wonderful place to work! Admin as well as other employees very friendly and welcoming! They are very open to working with an employee who may have a sick child or is sick themselves. They have an open door policy to any one with any issues that may arise. Residents are treated with the outmost respect! 10 out 10 would recommend!

The Administrator, DON, & ADON will only work together to hide issues & terminate employees who try to report illegal activity, & Administrator is last resource in building to report issues to when supv. DON & ADON are not responding to issue, are the issue or when it’s stated to not be their problem bc they are off the clock or on their personal phone. Administrator will not speak to you without the people your reporting present & allowed to yell over you trying to report, while saying prove it & actually having the proof I pulled out my messages, I am pushed out the door by all three while

I have worked for Sunny Springs Nursing and Rehab for over 5 years now. I love my job, my coworkers and my residents. I have seen many of my coworkers go out of their way to buy things for the residents, sit and visit with the residents, learn things about them, help other employees who has fallen on hard times... I could go on and on. You know you work at a great place when you would put your own family in the facility and I have done just that.
Our Administrator tells everyone "family comes first". I cannot count how many times that something has happened in my personal life and he has simply

I currently work at this facility and have never been asked to do anything illegal. they have never been anything but accommodating regarding schedule and days off. the residents are well taken care of and very loved. the one talking about kids. her kids are in high school. they don't need day care. and this is a business so it is up to her to get day care.
