This place is AMAZING! Ignore the negative nancy reviewers. They do fabulous work. It's the only LCN Solar Nail salon within 100 miles of us. They do a fabulous job on nails and pedicures. They do not put up with any crap from customers though. So if you are trying to pull one over on them, they'll kindly show you the door! My kind of management. They work too hard to be talked down to like they're the hired help! Show respect, be honest and you'll get that back 10-fold! Yes they do have children and they bring them in sometimes to play but not since COVID. Closed on Tuesdays

Poor workmanship! I woke up the next morning with my gel polish peeling off. Went back to the salon and the man said you lie you didn't just wake up and your polish was peeling off. I said no, that is exactly what happened. He went on to say people lie all the time . Again, I said there is no reason for me the lie. I just had my nails done yesterday evening . He still went on to say I was lying ! He said I fix it for free no need to lie ! . I said I know that it is printed on your business card 100% guaranteed! He then told me how tired he was that people show up at closing time and

I have been going to Mineola Nails for 1 year and have made my last trip there. I tried to explain to Vin (the manager, not the owner) why I was not returning and he turned and walked away while I was talking. I have tried and tried to overlook their rudeness toward me and being called a 'baby' because I winced, when my cuticle was cut with the electric file and many other things. I have been ignored, when asking a question or their (Vin & Jade) best one is to pretend they cannot speak English. There are tripping hazards everywhere, some include children's toys & bicycles
