I made an appointment more than 24 hours in advance with the nail tech I have used for over a year. The appointment was for 9am, which is the time they open. Due to traffic, I was 5 minutes late getting there. When I walked in, the iPad where you sign in was not on, and no one was at the front desk. I let the closest tech know I had an appointment, and a young girl came to the front to help me. I told her I had an appointment with Cindy, and she said “Cindy is already with a client so you’ll have to come back later.” I again told her I had an appointment, and she told me the manager was late

My four year old and I went to get pedicures. My daughter was so excited to sit in their princess chair and experience her first pedicure! The technician was so respectful and professional with her (she was wearing a dress and kept her modest).

I made an appointment on 12/16 at 6 pm. I got there at 5:45 and was told to look at colors. Before I could even pick anything out they had me in the chair and started on a pedicure. Originally I wanted just plain polish over acrylics. They told me dip is my option with gel. While I was trying to correct what I wanted, it was not coming across. So I said fine and I'll just do the dip. I was cut 3 different times by the dremmel and nails came out lumpy and the design wasn't quite what I wanted after trying to verify that they COULD do it. He kept saying yes I can do it. He could not. Monday night

Where do Istart. Arrived and was seated in a dirty pedicure chair. I literally had to wipe the chair before sitting AND had to ask for the last customer's drink to be moved. The male technician was not chatty or friendly. He didn't use cuticle softner, just started cutting away. When he put the lime on my toes, they burned.
Transition to my fill. Let's start with Female technician burped at least six times while performing service.When asked, shared I had acrylic with regular polish AND I wanted the same polish as my toes. They couldn't find the polish. In a rush after waiting for the pedicure

This place is so overpriced for how it is operated. None of the pedicure chairs work. I got my nails done and they painted shellac over my pink and white and they started chipping within three days. I did not have time to come back up there to get them re-done until it was almost 2 weeks later and now they won’t even repair them when it was their fault it happen in the first place. I do not recommend going here, they way over price for the quality of work.

It smells so strong of nail chemicals I had a hard time breathing In there and i should have left before it ever started. Horrible pedi got the Deluxe sat in thick yellow jel till it was ice cold.
While my nail tech took on the clients while I sat. worse mani uneven nail lengths misshapen and sharp ruff edges ..... never again. Save yourself go anywhere else.

My pedicure nails turned out great. Unfortunately the tech who did it also hurt me a few times with the water temperature, she wouldn’t check while filling the tub and rinsing until I yelped from the hot water. I got matching yellow colors for my hands and toes. My hands however, after leaving the place were a bit of a mess. Several spots had clear gel on my hands, the shape and paint job were especially poor on one hand. I came back and they redid both hands with a different tech but it was the wrong color. Unfortunately not very professional with a lot of techs sitting around on their phones

I found my nail home. Bill did my nails and he did exactly what I wanted, not what HE wanted which is what some places do. None were crooked or too thick. They were actually perfect. Clean, calm place to be. Good customer service. I will continue to go back again and again. The pricing is maybe a tad more, and designs are $5 per nail. Rhinestones are $1 a piece 🤷 Pedicure could had been a little more "extensive" and I'd be happier with that. It was not overly crowded when I went both times, and it's nice and quiet. They ask that u wear a mask. Dim lighting and they do offer a cold beverage or
