My dog. Autumn was very sick, didn't know what was wrong other than she had the diarrhea from Thanksgiving on. When we went to the vet on Monday, Dr. Goertz, was amazing, she knew Autumn didn't feel well at all so instead of trying to lift her onto the table she left Autumn on the floor for her comfort level and did the whole exam and all tests she needed to at that level. Who does that? It was amazing!!! My dog is a rescue to begin with, she is very skiddish,

I needed my pup to be seen on an emergency basis and got a same day appointment. I called first thing and they offered me a time slot. The techs and doc were thorough and set my mind at ease. My pup loves going there. She is never stressed about it!

When I got my first puppy back in 1978, I had received a free physical for her somewhere in Waukesha County and I picked New Berlin Animal Hospital. This Vet clinic was not near my home but I was so impressed by the care she received, the caring and kindness from the staff, that I can honestly say that I have never left them over the years. Our lab is a member of our family so we wanted a veterinarian who would treat him as such. What I most appreciate is how kind Dr Matt and his staff are. Our lab is a big baby and they are so good about recognizing that. I’ve never felt rushed or felt like my concerns were invalid.
Our dog STILL doesn’t like going to the vet…but I’m pretty sure he enjoys the attention and coddling while he’s there!

I must say that they were extremely helpful and informative of my new rescue dog. We were unaware of his vaccinations and what was needed. They were gentle and friendly! Gave reminders for his booster shots and were extremely gentle and loving! I’ll be taking our pet bird there next!

I love this vet clinic! Everyone is super nice, treats your pet as family. My dog is very skittish and they took great care of him while getting his exam and vaccinations. They listen to your concerns and offer suggestions.

Best clinic around! I have been going to New Berlin Animal Hospital with all of our pets since I was a little girl. My husband and I continue to take our pets here to this day and are always impressed with the care they’ve given our pets as well as the kindness they show to the pet owners 🙂 Highly knowledgeable docs & staff! Had a poor experience in the past and decided to give them a second chance. Be aware for a a simple annual vet visit it will take an hour. Also booked with a specific doctor and they changed it without approval. Lastly staff isn’t helpful and doesn’t follow instructions. Per the vet assistant you have to say your request at least 4 or 5 times before they will honor it. We will be switching to a new vet that offers caring and compassionate service.

New Berlin Animal Hospital always takes such amazing care of our pets. This past week our bunny, Banksy, was unable to eat due to overgrown teeth. Not only did NBAH fit us in the day we called, Dr Sobon was… able to trim his teeth while we waited and now Banksy is back to his normal, healthy self. We are so grateful to have a vet that is compassionate and knowledgeable in caring for rabbits!

We recently had to make the decision to put our cat to sleep and I couldn’t be more touched by the compassion shown by the doctors and staff at New Berlin Animal Hospital. We received her paw prints, a hand written sympathy card, and just today a letter arrived from UW veterinary hospital that a donation had been made in Chloe’s name. Particularly with all the challenges and accommodations required by COVID, these people did everything possible to make this experience sting a little less. Thank you.

I took my dog there today, and couldn't go inside as they had to pick up my dog from my car. My dog , a rescue, freaked out having to let her go and I wasn't allowed to go with her. I spent over an hour outside waiting to get my baby back and it was over 90° today. They grossly overcharged me at $350 + for allergy medicine. I will NEVER go back there now. The vet on duty called me 25 minutes prior to my baby being brought out to me and she said she will be out soon. 25 minutes later?????
