This was our first time using Crawford Animal Hospital, as our other vet restructured. I was really nervous about switching and finding a quality place for our dogs. I had nothing to worry about with the people at Crawford!
I have a young husky who is usually a handful…and a half! All of the staff were so warm and welcoming that Chichi was calm! Everyone was so nice and we were so thankful to be squeezed in last minute.
The building was clean and the exam room was spotless.
We are so thankful to have switched to Crawford and can’t say enough good things about our experience!

I love Crawford! I had to get a same day appointment after taking my 19 year old cat Frank to an emergency vet in the middle of the nite. They got me in no problem.they did lots of tests and found he had arthritis. Got all the rite meds and frank is doing fine now at a price i could afford. I highly recommend them.

Fast & friendly service! I was sent to them by a family member who was happy with the service she got after taking her dag in and I have to say I was just as happy. The Place is clean, we did not wait long and best of all the price was more then fair! I am happy we just found our new fur doctors.

I cannot say enough great things about everyone at Crawford Animal Hospital. We selected Crawford for our Chihuahua due to all of the positive online reviews, how quick they were to respond to our email with general questions about services offered, and because of how nice and kind they were on the phone.
From reception to the techs' to the veterinarians' every one treated our Chi just as if she was their own. They were very thorough with her yearly exam and provided education on available treatment options for a growth on her eyelid and her yearly dental cleaning. Not once did we ever feel pressured

My Balinese (Zori) stopped drinking and was dehydrated. I called two other vets and they both actually referred me to Crawford. I've had Zori for less than a year and have never been to a vet so this was a new experience. Everyone was so thoughtful and helpful. Hailey was great and treated her as if she was her own. Dr Panther was very informative and made sure I understood everything on her treatment plan so I could make an educated decision. We have found a home with Crawford and would highly recommend.

Went in for an exam and to see why my cat was having breathing problems. It was curbside, so I was not able to go in and oversee what was going on with my cat. After Dr. Williamson did his exam he recommended an x-ray be done to which I responded "if that's what you need to do." I did not bother asking for a price because i've done this procedure before and got a general estimate over the phone prior to coming in knowing an x-ray maybe needed based on symptoms. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Clean and organized office rooms and general area. They aren't over the top with ordering tests etc., not after your money- they run what other vet offices would, I feel. Vets and techs always take top care of my dog and look out for his overall health & concerns + you can tell they all lve animals. All services due dates printed on receipts for reference which is great.

This is a referral clinic, NOT a hospital for emergencies. My puppy had an obvious fractured femur and required immediate surgery. Crawford is the closest "hospital;" therefore, I contacted and informed them she needed surgery. They had me come in under the assumption they would be able to perform the surgery. After 15 minutes, they referred me to Lakeshore Vet Specialists in Oak CreeK. The doctor had the audacity to say he might have been able to do "something" if I wasn't being "hostile." Crawford Animal Hospital was recommended by a co-worker. I took my 3 cats for their annual exams, blood work, urinalysis, etc. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The cost seemed about average, maybe a little high, and the proximity to my home can't be beat. I look forward to working with Crawford to keep my "boys" healthy and happy.

After taking my dog there for over 8 years I had an experience that made me find a different vet. I found them after my dog had an emergency back in 2009 and they were open. I was always happy with care she got and I never really waited more than 10-15 mins to be seen. On July 10th I called to make an appt. I had a choice of 6:30 or 7:30. I chose the 6:30pm appt. Well we got there 10 minutes early and then waited for over 45 mins before I had to go up to the receptionist to find out what was going on. There was no reason given for delay. Severely overpriced. Waited 20 minutes in room for doctor. Last year had same exact exam/shots at different vet and save over $150!!! Oh and that was with the $50 coupon! Was not worth the price for the service either. Will not be going back. Very upsetting.
Update: prescription shampoo I bought for my dog there ($45)....found online at multiple places for $11...what an up charge! The staff could have been nice enough to explain I could have bought it online for cheaper! Working in retail - I always let my customer know how to save money!

I have been going to this clinic for over 17 yrs. The staff and Doctors know what they are doing and really treat your family member like it is one of their owe. When my first dog passed away, they cried also like they lost one of there own. Now with my new dog, the see her from every stage of her life and treat her as their own. They take the time to explain things to you and don't let you leave there without all your questions answered. Thank you Crawford.

My husband took my dog to your facilities. You did almost $600.00 Of tests. My husbands boss paid for it. We called to tell you our dog was getting worse. You said more tests more money. I ended up taking Bruno to a different vet clinic. Advanced Animal Hospital. They did the same tests you charged us for. Turned out he had diabetes and his kidneys were failing. Why didn't you tell us this. He might be alive if it wasn't for your incompetence. I hate you. My dog Died Because of you. I will be making every complaint I can into make sure no other animal dies because of your ignorance.

I went here on a recommendation. My chocolate lab, Carley, had to have surgery to fix her from getting constant UTI's. Dr. Baker did the surgery, and she hasn't had a UTI since! Surgery line looks clean and he took good care of her. He is great about answering our questions. I brought her to Dr. Baker, because I was seeing another vet and didn't feel comfortable with that vet due to a lack of experience. I'm glad we switched to Dr. Baker, because I know that my dog is in great hands!

But then they prescribed a dangerous pain med for our beloved dog, Zeke, for his torn ACL.
Deramaxx has terrible side effects and these killed my dog.
When questioned about this, they vehemently denied that the drug was dangerous. But if you Google it, you will find site after site...hundreds of people who lost their dogs to this drug. And if you keep googling you will see the side effects are overwhelming. I was not given a heads up about this medication.
So I hold them responsible for the

Absolutely the best vet care you can find, Drs. Baker and Hoyer are excellent with both dogs and cats, we've been clients for many years and have always gotten excellent care for our cats. The techs are attentive, and efficient, the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I can't say the cats are thrilled to be stuck in the carriers, and transported but they relax as soon as we are settled in a room and they know they will be handled with care.

I was referred to Crawford by my aunt when my kitty was ill. I am so glad to have found this place. The clinic is clean, the staff is courteous and it's obvious that they honestly care about the animals entrusted to them. Unlike at other vet offices I never once felt pressured to spend money needlessly, and they were completely upfront about cost and billing. Dr. Hoyer was patient, answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and took genuine interest in the well-being and care of Mister Kitty. I will be forever loyal to Crawford - they saved my kitty's life!
