Reserve might review as I had a oil change and was recommended filter change as well. Time of completion changed a few time which lengthen my wait time. I saw others get recommended extra items that their cars need for service. This missed my tire pressure message which I was hoping they handle complimentary which was just to add proper air pressure and clear the message. I may give this place another go when I need service on something. Service and responsiveness not bad... similar to a car dealers service dept.

Thank you for all the work done on our 2012 AWD Sienna. C was great as he got rid of the shimmy in the brakes, put on some snow tires, and got the alignment spot on! I also appreciated a couple of calls to provide us updates on what was found, the costs, and finish time. We have been up and down to Big Bear twice in the last week and it feels solid again!

Right products, right pricing, and the right service. After recommending Grand Prix tires to friends and hearing good reviews from everyone I know that has been there, I finally made it to Grand Prix Tire. The service did not disappoint. Made an appointment request on a Wednesday and had the new tires installed on Friday.

Needed 4 new tires mounted and balanced on some new 18 in. wheels that weren’t purchased there. No problem.
Called a day before and got an early appointment the next day. I believe it was the owner, he helped me unload my car, made some pleasant small talk. He told me he’d call me when they were ready. I got the call an hour and a half later. He helped me load the wheels and tires. EASY PEAZY, fair price. Nice guy.

So I first came to this place with my 2007 Volkswagen Jetta. If you know these model of cars, you know they break down A LOT. It gotten to a point that the employees at Grand Prix know me by name. They have always taken care of me and not ripping me off. They even added little freebies, such as windshield wipers because of the amount of money I was paying. I finally gotten a different car, a Honda. No matter what type of car I know I can trust their expertise and word. I sadly moved to Long Beach so I can't go here any longer. I been going to them on the recommendation of my sister for about 5 years now. They do basic maintance such as brakes, oil changes, tires, etc. However, any speicalized work you would need to go to dealer or other places that does more indeapth work. I been doing anything tire related with them for a while. I also brought 2nd hand GLI with check engine light to them. They pulled about 25 codes and wrote it all down it was 2 and half pages long. They didn't charge me a cent for the time.
They are really friendly, above all HONEST PEOPLE which is the most important thing.

I've been getting low tire pressure warning for days now, even though I pumped air several times. So I took my car in to Grand Prix. They took a look at it and said couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. They pumped the tires to 35 psi and told me to come right back if I get another warning.
Well, it's 4pm and I have to drive to OC in the morning. I get a low tire pressure warning again so I called them up. An hour later, they found the puncture and took care of the problem. I'm very grateful they took me in in such short notice because there was no way I would have made

I had a great experience in front of Gran Prix today.
My lousy gas gauge has been acting up. Sticking around 3/8 Tank. And I ran out of gas just short of the Chevron.
After hours, one of the employees was locking up. I asked him if the shop had a gas can?
He unlocked the shop rummaged around for a can to save me the trouble. None in the shop.
He then drove home and got me his personal can. His name is Harry.
Dear Harry your going to heaven. Thank you for your kindness. I'm never going anywhere for tires. Pure kindness.

First time to visit & had a good experience. Chris and Raffy was very professional from the beginning starting with the call to schedule the quote down to handing the keys back to me once the alignment work was done. They also provided a very detailed alignment report, and briefly went over the recommendations and notes from the technician that worked on the ride. They earned my business and im proud to announce ill be returning regularly.
