Anderson Party Rentals

The prices were comparable to other party rental companies we evaluated, but what really elevated the review to five stars was the customer service--specifically, Shelley. She was very helpful from beginning to end and incredibly patient as our headcount varied and our order shifted. She ended up giving us about three different quotes and answered all of our questions.

One minor bit of constructive feedback would be to better align with drivers on timing with drop-off and pick-up. The driver did not stick to the proposed window in either case, but he was early--never late. This was not an issue

Anderson Party Rentals has been around a very long time and am always happy with their services. Once Covid is over, we anticipate going back to social event planning and will call upon Shelley to provide us with the service and goods she is known to supply.

I have been using these folks for near 20 years, and in all those years i have Never been disappointed, not once. Now that is something for all to strive for.

I called to get quotes on table linen and the lady who answered the phone was rude from the start. I seemed like an inconvenience to her and she showed no interest in my business. I was inquiring about pricing and color availability (you know... normal questions) and she kept cutting me short and seemed annoyed after every question asked. Too bad for her and this company... I went to another vendor. Their loss.

I've always used Anderson for those extra large parties. The prices are good especially when you can pick up. They're flexible with the return times of the rental equipment.

I had used another company, but was not too happy with them. So I looked and luckily found Anderson Party Rentals. Shelly was so helpful with ideas, and made some great suggestions. I would definitely use them again.

I called to get a quote, and the woman who answered was very rude, right from the outset. When I asked to speak with Sergio (per another Yelp reviewer), she told me he was out, and would call me back.

I called the next day, after Sergio had not called, and the woman answered again. She put me through to Sergio this time, and he could not have been nicer, and it was obvious nobody had given him the message. We negotiated a price, and I promised to call back before the end of the afternoon, after I had checked on the number of my guests, to finalize and make deposit. Sergio was professional and

Sergio was AWESOME! Knew exactly what I needed and the prices weren't bad at all! I called to add more items to my order and they were so helpful (a woman answered the phone the second time around). Even when the poor drivers showed up and there were location gate issues, everyone was super nice!
