Out of this e-waste, less then 15% is recycled and 85% is sent to landfills where toxic materials seep out significantly effecting not only the environment but our own health.

At first, I wrote an excellent review, even if they gave me a laptop with a broken front bezel. After visiting them 8 times (no jokes) heir attitude, service and customer service. They had me come back 8 times!!! Can you imagine??
This location is the worst I have experiences, they stole my board, kept my unit and used it for parts to fix other laptops or to sell it, I have the pictures with their sell price.
At first, they had to exchange my board, they broke my front bezel, I was ok with that at because things happen, they had me come back to fix it the next day.

I've brought multiple devices to Wireless Hive. They are truly amazing. Two days ago, my MacBook Air compeltely shut off due to virus issues. They not only cleared out the viruses, but they also fixed some overheating issues- all in less than 24 hours. I could cry over how much better my computer works now :')
I live in Carlsbad now but won't hesitate to make the 35 minute drive to them.

I’ve been to the hive on two occasions now both being wonderful experiences. The first time my mic on my phone wasn’t working so Patrick helped me out by taking apart my phone and getting rid of some water damage. Everything was done thoroughly, and professionally. I actually had to visit them today regarding a connection issue with my port, and I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name but he was very honest telling me it wasn’t the port, and to try a new charger. Sure enough problems solved. This is a solid place. I’ll always come here with my phone problems.

I shattered my iPhone 7 Plus screen and was gratified and amazed that Patrick repaired it on the spot. Thinking it would take a day or two, he completed the repairs in just 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with Wireless Hive and I’m recommending them to all my friends and family.

Trevor and his team are truly the best! I brought in an older MacBook Pro that seemed to be near death and, unfortunately, proved to be very difficult to repair. Any other shop would have handed it back to me and suggested I buy a new computer. Trevor and Lee refused to give up on it and saved several months of work that I feared was lost forever. They are thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me updated with technical and procedural explanations. And at a VERY reasonable price. Wireless Hive is the BEST!! I dropped off my iPad first thing this morning. I had badly cracked the screen and called to see if they were open. The gentleman who answered the phone assured me that they were open and could repair the device in one day. Being on quarantine lockdown, my iPad has become a very valuable possession to me. I dropped it off with a smiling, friendly young man named Leigh. He called me 45 minutes later to tell me he was finished with the repair!! To me, service is everything. Leigh made my day! I brought my Mac desktop in for a complete system overhaul. Lee turned out to be amazing. After diagnosing my situation, the team in the shop provided me with options and solid advise. Lee contacted me over the phone as various options dropped into place during the overhaul. Their service was amazing and prices seemed to be reasonable for the time and work completed. The work was done ahead of schedule and Mac is running like new again. Highly recommend this guys!

My old MacBook Pro's hard drive took a dump and I didn't want to spend a ton of money to revive it, so I brought it here to see what they had to say. The staff was friendly and acknowledged me when I walked in the door. Had to wait for a bit while the one person working there was helping a customer (I understand that the nature of this business means that it takes quite some time to help each customer).
