Our old imac died and had not been backed up in a long time. We were so relieved to have found Chris at RSM computers. Chris picked up our computer, was able to retrieve everything off it and put it on an external hard drive, and delivered it all back to us. Chris kept us updated through the whole process, and was great at explaining our options. His price was great, too. Most highly recommend!

Chris did a great job with my desktop. I asked Chris for help in making my nearly new desktop faster. He helped me over the phone download a free software that helped provide valuable information for him to diagnose. Essentially I needed more RAM and a newer type of hard drive. Chris bought the parts, picked up my desktop and in less than 24-hours had cloned my computer to a new hard drive and quadrupled my RAM. My desktop is running much faster now!

What was more then impressive is that Chris tried a few ways with my son to try to get his computer to booth up into windows over the phone. Now the is going the extra mile.
Picked up the computer the next morning.. call me and let me know the issues ... drivers and info had been erased. Gave me a fair price to restore all drivers and load Windows 10. Delivered the computer back later that day. To top it off he contacted me about 2 hours later to make sure it was up and running. Wow is all I can say

I rarely need any help with my Computer however my Dell XPS 8900 started to fail on me. It would have an error message No Bootable device Found. Chris (the AWESOME person that he is) was able to easily identify the issue that I was having my computer and help me fix the issue. He is very responsive and is a pleasure to work with. He can also assist you remotely and is able to walk you through the whole process if necessary. What's also great is he constantly follows up with you to check how things are doing which is just a great sign of customer service. I would recommend him to whoever needs computer
