Dr. Manreet Pannu Grewal has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry for over 15 years - nearly a decade of which has been locally here in Orange County. She is passionate about dentistry and believes in treating patients with empathy and compassion while offering the best dental care to her patients.
Dr. Bassem Alkatib is a Board-Certified Endodontist, a graduate of USC Dental School, and USC Endodontics Residency. After completing his residency program, Dr. Alkatib worked as Adjunct Faculty at USC School of Dentistry in addition to his private practice. He used this opportunity to mentor, educate, and instruct dental students.

The doctor did an amazing job on my fill ins. I am deathly afraid of needles and when I say her hands are made of gold, I mean it. Check in was very quick, I was seated in 2 minutes. She listens to your concerns, especially as someone who has PTSD from other dentist and giving me the numbing shot. I got fill ins on both sides and it was quick, clean and I was out the door in an hour.

Costa Mesa Smiles is the best dentist office I've been to in a long time. From the people that answer the phones, to the people who do the x-rays and doctor Manreet herself everyone is super nice and pleasant! I was very hesitant with going to the dentist purely due to COVID but I asked about their precautions they take and they put me right at ease with their procedures. I can't say it enough but everyone was super nice. They're also good about texting you if an earlier appointment come up. I'd rate more stars if I could!! Also the place is very clean!

Coming to this place for the first time in over years of not going to the dentist made me feel nervous at first. Then I entered and Susan at the front desk was so nice ! The whole staff are all around amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. I am so happy I have found a new dentist and hygienist to go to now. Every single person in that office helped me feel so welcomed. Can’t wait to come back!

I had not been to the dentist roughly 12-14 years. I've always feared the dentist. I had a bad experience as a child. Anyways l, I saw Dr. Pannu and WoW, my experience is totally seen differently on dental work. First a off the staff was amazing, I loved Susan, best office manager ever. Super nice receptionist too. The tech Dawn, was so kind and very cool to vibe with. I loved her. Everything from checking in to checking out was wonderful. I had a few fills done and I am confident to say my fear is now gone (well most of it). I'll be going back.

I had a great cleaning with Dr. Pannu. The office was clean and everything ran on time even with all the COVID procedures which I found extremely helpful because of the appointment being first thing in the morning.
This is my 3rd visit and each time everyone is friendly and each time I've found it to be a really comfortable cleaning experience.

Great service! Friendly front desk, they are informed and know the trade well; info on insurance etc. Hygienist Loc did an awesome job, he painted a clear picture of what needed attention and what's important to know about my gums. The assistant was gentle when taking x-rays, I've had some other assistants in the past push the part where you bite done on too far in my mouth and it can be super uncomfortable. Doctor Grewal was professional and explained well what was in my x-rays. No question is too small in the office, just ask and you'll get an answer whether about your insurance

Dr. Pannu is great and I will definitely be coming back! I came in for a regular cleaning and didn't know what to expect coming to her for the first time. First thing I noticed when I came to the office was the music! Extremely relaxing classical music, and really set the tone for the rest of the visit!. Dr. Pannu was extremely thorough yet gentle. The receptionists and assistants were personable as well. Dr. Pannu and her staff really understand that a trip to the dentist is not just about the treatment! I would highly recommend to anyone.
