We have worked with Razz Professional Services for approx. 10 months and have been very pleased with their work. Ty has been very responsive to all of our needs as a private medical office with 3 office locations (which includes a new out of state office) and multiple employees working from home since COVID began. I had issues with my Mac Mini, I conducted a short search on the web for techincal assistance and found Razz Professional Services. I left an online request for service and Ty Romstadt called me within 8 hours, we were on the phone discussing the techincal failings of my computer. Our discussion was candid, as Ty went about his business of listing the possibie causes for my computer failure. I took comfort in asking him to come to my office for diagnostic testing.

If you have a computer issue don't waste your time going anywhere else. Call Ty immediately and he'll be there to make sure that your problems are sorted out in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
