Not many property owners have a chance to see their septic tank in operation until there is a problem with it. Ironically, it is one of the most vital and complex systems found in businesses and residences today. Every property owner needs to have their septic tank inspected and pumped on a regular basis.
A failed septic system can be a costly problem. In order to avoid this, make sure you have your system examined regularly. Lack of regular inspection or maintenance is the leading cause of a failed system. Exercise diligent prevention practices by scheduling regular inspections, and save yourself from potential legal liability and lowered property values.
Your septic system is, for the most part, invisible-but it's one of the most vital systems in your household. Waste from all kinds of fixtures and machines (including sinks, laundry machines and toilets) flows into this tank and is safely treated and kept there. In order to safely dispose of the waste your home produces, you must make sure your septic system is properly maintained.
If there is excess water present in the areas over our drain field, you notice your toilet running slower or a foul smell overwhelming your exterior space these are indications that there is a potential problem with your septic system. You're going to have to make some big decisions depending on the gravity of the problem and repairing and replacing have to be taken into consideration.
Although it is often ignored or underappreciated, your septic system is one of the most vital components of your home's function and structure. It helps maintain a healthy environment in your home and on your property, and prevents hazardous accumulation of waste. Most American homes create around 300 gallons of waste every day.

These guys are great. They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They pumped my septic system, did an informal inspection and made a couple of suggestions as to how to maintain it better. Highly appreciated their diligence. Definitely recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience with King County Septic. We were having some backup issues with our septic tank and we were unable to use shower/bathroom. We called a bunch of places but no one could come right away. King County Septic managed to get someone to our home within a couple hours of our call. They looked at the problem and were able to unclog some of the drainage that was causing the backup. They also verified it was time to do a pump on the tank and had one scheduled over the weekend. Both times, they were professional, on time and responsive. They saved our weekend and a lot of stress

Had to have our septic inspected during the sale of our home and initially started out with another company. HUGE mistake! Not only did they cause undo stress (during an already stressful time), but they couldn’t even complete the work they recommended. So we called King County Septic on a Saturday morning and they completely saved the day! Came out within hours of us reaching out to assess what needed to be done and completed all the work in a time crunch for a reasonable price! Wish we would have found them from the beginning. Totally saved the day and put us at ease. Very highly recommended

We had a septic emergency at 11am on a Saturday and we called all around to see if anyone could come out. Craig at King Vounty Septic said he would stop by on his way to another job and see what he could do to get us temporarily up and running. Craig did just that then came back and finished the repair a couple of days later. Craig was very professional and knowledgeable about what had happened to out system and answered all my questions I had about what happened. I highly recommend King County Septic for all your septic needs.

My neighbor had problems with his septic system. He found out that the concrete D box had disintegrated after 48 years and the drain field needed work. My septic septic system was also 48 years old so I figured I needed to have it checked. Craig came out and found that my D box was about to fail. He installed a new D box with a riser and lid. Checked the drain field and connected new supply lines to the three legs of the drain field and I am good to go!!! He also did the same for our second septic system.
I was fortunate to have found Craig. I was so impressed the work that was done and at a reasonable

We are moving out of state for job relocation and all was going well with selling our home quickly and having a great home inspection. Then we had the septic inspection done by a local and well known company, and was told we needed a new septic tank and drain-field to the tune of $20-$35K. I called around to get 2nd and 3rd opinions, but based on how the inspection report was written, all of the companies I called told me I needed a new tank and drain-field, and no one was willing to come out and double check.
