When you spend $20,000+ on a replacement septic system you expect, at a minimum, some sort of customer service, honesty and a willingness to finish the job and to answer questions about the install. They cut into the marked power line which the blueprints avoided, but the installer did something else (June 1). Puget power fixed it. They did install the septic field and tanks very quickly and put in 2 long days.

I called HSCC1 since I was having some issues with my septic tank. Bubbling in the toilet when running water was the main symptom. I called Ivan and he let me know his son Steven could make it out there today. Within an hour Steven showed up. After asking me a few questions about the symptoms he got started digging right away.
After digging it all up, checking the levels, we ran a test. It turned out the blockage (Most likely a paper product that was not supposed to be flushed) had actually cleared up and everything was running just fine. He put everything back together and let me know to call
