Services
We don't just babysit your infant, we help foster their development by allowing them to explore their world around them. Our caregivers are extremely nurturing and will support and encourage your child as they play with blocks, finger-paint, listen to music and stories. It is important for babies to be away from primary caregivers at times so they develop a desire to be independent as they mature.
At Li'l Steps Academy, we provide the best toddler care that will help your toddlers grow into self-confident, intelligent, creative and well-rounded individuals. Toddlers are receptive to learning if they are in small groups and have fewer distractions. Their learning is not hindered and it is easier to develope relationships.
We offer activities that help preschoolers develop cognitive skills, self-help skills, problem-solving skills, as well as encouragement from teachers to develop autonomy. Your child will learn number and letter recognition through games, puzzles, and creative play. Our teachers always observe and take note of each child's particular interests and build on them to increase learning.
We are expanding and seeking experienced and enthusiastic EEC Certified Teachers and Teacher Assistants for our infant, toddler and preschooler classrooms for full-time and part-time positions. We offer a competitive salary and benefits, and a friendly and creative atmosphere where you can be part of a team of caring, skilled professionals.

I have been sending my infant son there for a few months now and we love it there! They give such great attention to my child. The Director and staff are always very professional. They do fun little activities with the kids. We love it there!

Director is very unprofessional, countless times where my pay was late, breaks were limited from being an opener to closer, showed favoritism towards certain families, would laugh in serious situations over the phone with parents. Toys were very out dated and disgusting. Save your time and money, don’t go here.

This place should be revamped with new teachers and management a total waste of money and terrible experience bad communication. I was left to find child care somewhere else and missed works for weeks because of the unprofessional service!!

I work at the Daycare in Needham, but I live in Brockton. My daughter goes to Li'l Steps Academy for a year and a half. She started there as infant and now she is in toddler classroom. Li'l Steps Academy had some issues when we started, but now, with the new director, this place is Great. And I am telling this as a professional(I am almost 12 years on the Early Education Field).Staff is very nice and friendly. I can always address any question or concerns to their Director,Melinda. They have transportation and free snack(the menu is much better than the place I am working in).Large classes, outside

In infant classroom my daughters care giver had her own child attending. Very unprofessional, unsafe, and can see frustration from having her baby clinging on her 24/7...not healthy for my baby same case scenario for the director of the center who also has her baby clinging to her hip most of the time.
not to mention transportation man is a wild driver who had a bad mouth, and listens to music that is not appropriate for children.
also caught him arguing with his baby mother at the center, who was my daughters teacher.
so uncomfortable and unsafe environment.
Although I have met some nice workers
