Vision: You must pass a vision test when you apply for a DOT/Non DOT or to renew. The test must show that you have visual acuity of at least 20/40 (based on the Snellen Visual Acuity Scale) in either or both eyes, with or without corrective lenses. Hearing: The tests are either the forced whisper test or audiometry.
For the whispered voice test, the driver should be 5 feet from the examiner with the ear being tested turned toward the examiner. The other ear is covered. Using the breath which remains after a forced expiration, the examiner whispers words or random numbers such as 66,18.23. The examiner should not use only sibilants (s-sounding test materials).

I was there and was repeatedly ask to take off my shirt for hair testing, when she could have taken it from my beard. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. The supervisor there said she doesn't have to be nice to anyone and mumbled something derogatory about white people. I will be retaining a lawyer because of the inappropriate touching. Stay away from this place. I have documentation plus audio that i will be submitting to my attorney, because of the lies already being told by the owner. Thank God, audio dosnt lie.( can find it on YouTube) No one should ever be touched inappropriately and

Everyone was so friendly from the gal at the check-in, the nurse who did all my vitals and some of my testing to Belinda, the nurse practitioner, they were awesome!!! They were busy but you couldn't tell it because they took their time with you. I highly recommend this place for your work physicals, drug testing, etc.
