This business is great. My Dad's windshield was cracked on the highway from Corpus to SA and instantly had a 10-12in crack. We went to Safelite, and they didn't even look at the windshield. They simply started if the crack was longer than a dollar bill, they wouldn't repair. So, we drove to Pat's on and were greater by Anthony. He repaired the crack - stopped it from running further and filled in the crack, which made it hardly noticeable. We sat in the car as the repair was completed, which only took 15 minutes. The repair came with a one year warranty. We were extremely satisfied with the service

They're nice and friendly; easy to work with, but they don't get the job done. Due to crazy bad luck, I ended up with more than one chip in my windshield in a few days span. I went to them twice and both chips are spreading a few months later. Meanwhile, the third chip (told you - bad luck) I ended up being able to get to Safelite. Their repair was nearly invisible and hasn't budget a millimeter. It's cool that they're available and easy to work with, but if they don't get the job done, there's not much point. It's better than nothing if another glass place isn't available, but that will only buy
