It's a workout that uses calisthenics and resistance training to challenge your strength, stamina, coordination, balance, and concentration through a no-impact, 55-minute session. Test your limits and discover what you are capable of! You only have one body, so invest in it and let Pilates work for you.

Get in touch to book your workout! Real talk: Exercise is hard and it can be challenge to get to the gym and do the work. Making and keeping an appointment can help, and diving into a system like the Pilates method keeps it interesting! Working out with an instructor in an individualized session provides motivation that you can't ignore, as well as results that speak for themselves.

Pilates training with Nina has provided me with the strength, flexibility, and stability that I have not had in years. I was inconsistent in training until I began working with her, but very soon after starting I was seeing results in my fitness. Nina's Pilates sessions are challenging and motivating, but she tailors these to individual needs such as past injuries.

I've done group and private Pilates off and on for years now, and Nina is a cut above any teacher I've ever had. Truly special. She brings compassion, intelligence and deep expertise to every session and really meets you where you are. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the body are amazing. Even after working together regularly for over year, I am always challenged and learn something new after every session. Highly recommended!

I have been doing Pilates with Nina for almost 3 years and my body is so much stronger and better aligned because of my work with her.

She is absolutely terrific. Her knowledge and skills as an instructor are awesome. Never hesitant, incredibly smart and organized, she has a laser focus and knows when you're not using the right muscles to keep your body strong and healthy. The sessions fly by in the blink of an eye.

The space is really beautiful: light, airy, serene, with Hudson views.

Can't recommend Nina more highly.

Nina is great! She really knows her stuff, and is always good at explaining _why_ we do a particular exercise in addition to how to do it. When I had my first session, I didn't really even know what my "core" was, and certainly didn't know how to use it. For each new exercise, I kept saying "I don't think I actually have the muscle you're talking about," and she would show me how to find it, engage it, and strengthen it.

Plus, it doesn't hurt that the studio is lovely. New equipment, great views, and very serene environment.
