At Pediatric Dentistry in the Gardens you will immediately feel at "home" with our caring team of professionals. Joanna Is a Certified Dental Assistant since 2010. In addition to being DANB certified, she has an associates degree in Dental Assisting and Technology Management. She also has her Dental Radiology certification, is certified in Nitrous Oxide and CPR/AED certified.

Dr. Ryan offers several preventative services- Regular exams and cleanings, Fluoride treatments, dental sealants, routine dental X-Rays, and oral hygiene instructions to help keep your child's teeth in tip-top shape. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends a child be seen for their first check up by his or hers first tooth eruption or by the latest, their first birthday.
Dr. Ryan and his well-trained staff are passionate in regard to providing the highest quality of dental care in a warm and caring environment to all of those with special needs. Dental Care for people with certain physical, developmental, emotional cognitive or medical conditions requires special considerations.
Despite your best efforts, tooth decay can cause major problems in a child's health. Cavities that are left untreated can cause issues like abscesses and tooth pain. Dr. Ryan offers different treatment options that vary depending on your child's age, symptoms, and general health. Whether your child needs a simple white filling, a crown, or nerve treatment Dr. Ryan believes in using the most current dental materials to restore your child's teeth.

My 12 year old son was referred here. He suffers from anxiety. He had a few cavities that needed attention. At his last dentist he was so upset he locked himself in the bathroom and wouldn't come out for the appointment. Dr. Ryan and staff were so kind and patient with my son! We had a successful appointment and were able to take care of 1 cavity. Will be going back in month th complete the next one. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan.

I have a "unique" special needs child. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Owaski. He was kind, gentle, and patient with my son. He explained things to me clearly and took all the time I needed to answer all my questions. He put my son's needs first, and was very thoughtful and considerate when making a plan for my son's dental care. I felt so grateful and relieved when I found him. His staff was friendly, professional, neat, clean, and polite. The office was clean, professional, and modern. They answer all my phone calls without a long wait. We had our first visit with Dr Ryan yesterday and it was such a positive one! The staff were all so friendly, they were kind and patient with my young girls, and went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. Dr Ryan was very gentle and patient, very knowledgeable, and made significant effort to make sure that both the girls felt comfortable before he examined them. He took the time to explain things to me and make sure that, as a mother, all my questions were answered. I don't think I have ever said this before, but we look forward to our next trip to the dentist!!

I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry in the Gardens and Dr. Ryan! The staff was fabulous, kind, and compassionate. The office was clean, kid friendly, and welcoming. They did an excellent job introducing all the tools and dental experience in a developmentally appropriate way to my two year old daughter. She did not shed one tear! Dr. Ryan completed a thorough assessment and provided excellent education to both me (the parent) and my daughter. I look forward to going back for our next check up!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Ryan and his staff. I was very impressed with the amount of time Dr. Ryan spent with my child. He took great care to explain every part of the exam and his findings and gave my daughter the opportunity to ask questions. Amazing dentist for kids! Our experience was fantastic start to finish. The office was extremely clean and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and professional. The layout in the back was open so I could easily be with all three of my children while they were getting their teeth cleaned. We had an amazing experience today!!! My daughter is 7 and has had some pretty bad experiences at different dentist in the past! We chose to do the sedation and have the work done all in one visit!! The staff was friendly. Dr Ryan was amazing and his anesthesiologist was just as great! It was all around a great experience for her as well as mommy and daddy. I’m very thankful I found this place! I feel very relieved my daughter has a great dentist that she and I feel comfortable with.
