It's been 13 years since buying a home so we were almost first-time home buyers; Shaun lead us through every step and answered every question no matter how basic it seemed. He did a lot of trouble-shooting for us and behind the scenes work to make the process go smoothly. Shaun stepped in and negotiated when needed and was always there to be a sounding board when we had unexpected issues which helped us see the process from other angles.

I can't say enough about how wonderful it has been to work with the Officer Group! Shaun was so helpful on every level of this experience. My hat is off to Mr. Brad Officer. It was time for my Mother to give up her house and move to Atlanta with my wife and I. I was dreading the amount of time and effort it would take to sell a house in Jacksonville while living in Atlanta. Thanks to Brad and all of his staff it was totally painless. Had a contract in less than a month and closed about a month after that. If I move back to Jacksonville I would absolutely contact Brad to find a house for me and my family. On a scale of 1 - 5 I give Brad a 10!

As a couple of apprehensive first-time buyers, we approached the housing market with a healthy dose of caution and a highly suspicious view of all agents and realtors.

And I say this based on experience! I spent years in the real estate industry and I wouldn't dream of making a personal real estate decision (buy or sell) without consulting Brad first. He's got such a handle on the market and how each home is positioned (or should be positioned!) that it would be crazy to try do anything without him.
Websites and Friends are no substitute for a skilled, professional, Realtor like Brad.

Brad not only sold me my first Jacksonville home, but was kind enough to sell it for me on the backend when I was ready. It was the fastest closing I have ever been a part of and that was attributed to Brad's organization and follow through. He is always very professional and knows the market well. Brad was the realtor I called after I fired the first one. I wish I would have started out with Brad! He did a great job working with me through a difficult short sale process. After listing my home it sold within just a few days. He stayed on top of the morgage company and helped me with all of the paperwork. I enjoyed working with Brad and would highly recommend him.
