Wonderful property to live at. The units are spacious with a comfortable layout. Lots of children yet a quiet place to live. The property is clean and well kept. My husband and I appreciated Richard as a respectable maintenance man and individual. Richard always got the job done speedily & efficiently! The property unfortunately has replaced Richard with someone who doesn’t by our experience, seem to have nearly the same experience.

I've been a resident here for 6 years now. I love their maintenance man Richard. He takes care if any issue I have in my apartment quickly. Richard keeps the grounds clean and in tip top shape. The community is pretty quiet with very little to no drama. I just signed another year as I am happy here.

I lived there for 8 years. Terrible management. They favor section 8 and welfare aka guaranteed government money. Utilities and water cost an arm and a leg. Dangerous complex next door. A bullet nearly missed my head in the middle of the night while sleeping by less than a foot. Once in a while the police will block off the entire complex to look for someone. No barbeque grill allowed anywhere on premises. No satellite dish allowed. No place for kids to play. Rent at your own risk.

I have over 6 years living in this property and am still satisfied with the service they offer. It is true that this property has had its ups and downs with respect to all previous managers but I think this manager is doing a good job. It is true that the established rules are being applied in conjunction with the new rules and not everyone likes the changes. We just have to think that wherever we go, we must follow the rules coexistent even in our own homes, we follow our rules. Over the months, some changes have been seeing. I hope this property will improve even more.

We have lived here for almost a year and since about the Holidays there has been an issue with parking. We expected this so we didn't think much of it, but it is an on going issue. My husband works long nights and comes home and can't even come in to relax because there is absolutely no parking. We already have one parking ticket worth $150 because out of desperation he parked behind the mail boxes.
