Only place we’d go. They installed a hitch for a lady from our church. She needed a hitch for her daughters electric wheelchair. She’d been unable to transport her daughter’s chair without a hitch and cost was a ginormous issue. They were incredible. They worked fast and accurate and the price was more than fair! Can’t thank Robert enough for the incredible customer service! We will never go anywhere else and we’ll tell everyone we know about them! They are incredible! Please, if you’re in need, call them! They are amazing!!!

Had an immediate need to tow an RV. They could not guarantee delivery but if I could get the part paying overnight shipping they could get me right in. Paid $70 shipping and called. Leave truck a few days and maybe. Nothing close to "right in". Do not recommend them. Off to Tampa to get it done in the morning, they laughed when I said Rentz. I used them once for a brake controller and it went well, to bad I guess.

Very nice people. Purchased my hitch receiver and wiring harness here and had it installed. Price was cheaper than any other place I called but they did quality work. They accommodated my work schedule and had me in and out in a little over an hour. Will definitely be back for any accessories and future trailer/receiver purchases.

Today I went to Rentz to get a hitch installed on my new Ram. I called in advance and Phillip was very patient and knowledgeable with me on the phone. After getting a quote I went in and got it installed. I was in and out. However when I went to get the hitch ball I didn't know what size. They asked me a few questions about my trailer then told me what size I would need. They were correct! I will be going back to them and I recommend anyone who needs a hitch or accessories do the same

Bones you are a dishonest person. A straight up liar. I told them I would be driving 2 hours and wanted to make sure we would have no issues with payment. I offered to do a wire transfer but bones said a check is preferable.

Fair priced and fast service. You may have to wait at the counter as there is a constant flow of people in there.
Any thing you need in the way of reese hitches to trailers they have it with plenty of knowledge.
Took them about an hour to install a reese hitch on our vehicle. Recomend them to anyone in the area.

Level head, great customer svc.I had a JI Mfg flatbed on my 2014 Ram 3500 dually 4x4 34k miles but was not happy with the way it sat on my truck, the headache rack sat too high and the fuel necks were not mounted properly causing some issues occasionally when fueling up. I decided to take my truck to Rentz trailers in Hudson due to the fact that they had outstanding reviews and Phillip was very polite on the phone.
