UPLIFT HomeCare sends highly experienced clinicians to the homes of our clients for various support, health, and medical services. Whether you need a little help around the home, a live-in caregiver, or private-duty nursing, UPLIFT HomeCare will be there with friendliness, professionalism, and reliability.

The number is much greater when you consider that it does not include informal care which is care given by a friend or family member. Home care is generally defined as non-medical support services delivered at the home of the senior.
Our superb client service keeps us in a strong growth pattern. Uplift Home Health has an ongoing need for personal attendants for seniors, home health aides, registered nurses, and LPNs. We are also always interested in talking to physical, occupational, and speech therapists. For personal attendants, prior work experience as a Personal Attendant (Caregiver) is required.
A little help can go a long way. We understand, and that's why UPLIFT is here to help with personal aide services. We send formally trained, nurse-supervised aides to the homes of clients throughout Hillsborough and Polk County, FL. Our aides help with activities of daily living such as errands, homemaking, bathing assistance, or whatever each client needs.

I am a caregiver with Uplift Homecare and have been for approximately a year. I have been and continue to be amazed at how well this team of caregivers, skilled nursing and administration work together for the Clients we serve. This company not only offers flexible work hours but also voluntary benefits for their caregivers. Most agencies would not offer such things. A wonderful place to work!

Uplift has provided great quality care for my mother for over 8 months. All the staff, CNAs and therapists have shown great compassion and skill in their respective roles. Mom is always treated with dignity and respect.
