When i was released from the hospital, i had the pleasure of having Intellichouce for my home health care. I had 2 nurse 1 name Shelly
& 1 name Josh, they was very friendly professional caring & catering to my situation, they made sure i was always comfortable & pain free, They kept me informed of any changes & doctor updates, which was a big help, i would recommend them to whoever is in need of home health care, they became family in a short time & im pretty sure you'll feel the same way!! I have been working as a nurse with Intellichoice for about 4 years. I have had the opportunity to meet several different individuals along the way from the management team to the actual patients. They keep us informed daily as changes occur. Never the unknown while working here. I have never had concerns with the on-call or the policies and procedures they have it place. I love the care that we received with nursing, RTs and staff at Intellichoice. If we ever had a problem, the staff was quick to get it handled. They tried their very best to keep us staffed. Our primary day and night nurses were with us for the 2.5 years our son had nursing. They treated our son like he was theirs, handled ordering all supplies and medications. Whatever exercises our PT, SP or OT gave us to do, they made sure they were done. Our nurses still stay in contact with us to get updates on our son. We were lucky to have this company in our lives and taking great care of our 23 week miracle

Robert the Branch manager is awesome and has continued to check on me to ensure i’m comfortable and able to work all equipment while transitioning back into the company . I had been with Intellichoice for almost two years.The owner John Saylor is a snake and only really cares about the money. He has 4-5 children to support and he doesn’t care who’s throat he’s going to cut to provide for them. He dropped my daughters 112 Hours per week of personal care along with 56 hours of PDN (Private duty nursing) all at one time. He gave me 30 days to find another provider agency. IntelliChoice is not an accountable nor reliable home care agency. They violated our rights to file a complaint without repercussions, and our property was not respected. Personal items ( I-pad, antique glassware, holiday spreader, food, etc.) were taken from our home.When it was reported to the police, and to IntelliChoice, we were dropped as clients within a few days. We were not officially notified that we were dropped until over a month later. Phone calls and voice mails were not returned as promised.
