Great hospitality and business! They completed my repair in less time than estimated and even more impressive, they quoted me accurately on the price! That's one thing no other place in the area can boast. I will be giving them my business from now on (although I'd prefer not to go back because it would mean I broke something again). I am a dentist in East Memphis. I have been using Snappy for over a year and have had such a great experience! They understand the needs and complexities of IT in a dental practice more than anyone I've encountered. They are always available by phone and they will do whatever they can to help you if you have an IT emergency. They are honest and their billing is more than reasonable! They are also amazing for renovations where IT is involved. I highly recommend them for any medical/dental office for keeping the technology efficient and protected and I especially recommend them anytime big changes

I just had to take a moment to express my gratitude to the folks at Snappy Computer in Bartlett, Tn. I had a laptop computer that I believed was destined for the trash. I took the computer in to Brian and Curtis and they fixed it with very little cost. I was sure that I was going to pay a fortune. The staff at this wonderful place are as nice as can be and extremely knowledgeable in computer repair. I would recommend this place to anyone to handle there computer needs.

I have been utilizing Snappy Computers for approximately 2 years now.
They are my go to business, for all my computer needs. Curtis & Brian are very knowledgeable and most helpful. If they can't help answer a question by phone they have a wonderful "Go To Assist" tool program that can usually get me out of a bind. Should I need to come in for serving, they always make me feel welcome.

I have worked with Snappy Computers for a couple of years and I am always impressed with their fast service and commitment to excellence. Most recently my PC was damaged with a virus and they went to great lengths to restore all of my files and returned my computer in a "good as new" state! I would recommend Snappy Computer to anyone in the Memphis area needing any of their repair services...they are trustworthy and will not disappoint you!
