I contacted Memphis Computer Support about finding and recovering my son’s very difficult to locate Minecraft worlds off our dead laptop. Melanie was amazing and found the files and even moved them to our new laptop so we wouldn’t have to figure that out. The turn around time was super fast. Melanie kept us updated every step of the way. Finding lost Minecraft worlds is a fairly random task. I doubt I would have found another computer support place that would have been able to do that for us. Melanie is super nice and really cares about helping her customers.

My computer died and because of the lack of backup (my bad) transferring data to my new computer was problematic at best. I spent hours on the phone with Apple and the best they could do was refer me to Batesville, Ms!?! A friend referred me to Melanie and she was able to accomplish what the "genius" folks could not. She was patient and never made me feel stupid, even when I was. I highly recommend her!

Melanie and her team have been a valuable resource for our business. With our corporate IT out of state, having resources locally to call on has been tremendous. They came out to install a new office PC at my place of business. Not only did they transfer everything over from my old ( slooow) computer including bookmarks and what not, it was fast!! They wiped the old computer as to not have any of my employees or customer’s information out there. Extremely nice and professional. Would highly recommend!!
