This is a horrible place. There was an issue about my mask that could have been resolved with one simple, cordial conversation. Instead I was told I now had to have "supervised visitation" with my friend and treated like I was a criminal. The administrator talked very nastily to me. And what makes my blood boil is that they lied about the reason and blamed it on my friend. It's a crying shame some people find it so easy to take advantage of the elderly. It doesn't even deserve one star. You don't treat people that way.

As my mom prepared to pass, I was in the facility for 4 days and I was able to see first hand the love that the staff gave to my mom and the others they served. The CNA's were amazing. Each staff person went beyond their duty. The administrator moved things around to make a place for my mom to be the most comfortable. There are not enough words to thank them for the love they gave my mom for the past three years.
