Welcome to EPIC Optical, Chattanooga's premier resource for eye care. With locations in downtown Chattanooga as well as Ooltewah, our professional team is ready to meet all of your eye care needs. Dr. Jeremy C. Dell joined the EPIC team in 2011 and took over ownership in 2019.

He is a board certified Optometrist in therapeutics and injectables and served as the president of the Southeast Tennessee Optometric Physician's Society during 2016 and 2017.Dr. Dell attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Southern College of Optometry. He currently lives in East Brainerd with his wife Emily and children Henry and Abigail.

After struggling with my eyesight for some time, I finally found someone who took the time to get to the bottom of my problem. Though the diagnosis is not as welcome as I had hoped, Dr. Bowman explained everything so well and has gone out of her way to research answers for me. I am so grateful for her diagnostic abilities and patient explanations. The staff were so efficient and friendly. Thanks to all of you!!

I have been going to Epic Optical for the past 3 years. Dr Dell and his staff are very professional and personable. I have always received quality care . No pressure on purchasing their frames at all. I found frames elsewhere and they gladly had lenses made for them. I highly recommend Epic Optical for all your vision needs.

Well, the doctor was excellent and very personable. The young lady at the front was very engaging and friendly the gentleman was not; looked and acted miserable - very unfriendly.

Eyeglasses were very overpriced compared to other offices I have visited in TX. Will I go back? Probably not.

I was very pleased with my visit to Epic Optical. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took his time and answered all of my questions. The staff was very personable and did not make me feel rushed at all.

I have a particularly tough case. I recently had a cornea transplant. Dr. Dell was in constant communication with my opthamologist and had taken excellent care of me and my eyes. His staff is incredibly patient and a joy to be around. Great selection of frames as well. Five stars!
