BIG SHOUT OUT to Braun Eyecare. I had a contact stuck in my eye and spent over an hour trying to get it out. I called and they said head this way and there is NO CHARGE. Yet another local Eyecare professional told me they would charge me 160 dollars.. Well guess who will have my business from now on!!!

3 stars is stretching it. when I went in to order my safety glasses service was prompt and great was told they would be ready in 2 weeks. never got a call saying they were in, I called and checked and they were in but was made with the wrong Rx. I asked how long for that to be corrected was told just a few days, its been a week and still no glasses. called to check on them today and they new Rx lenses have not came in with no ETA on when they will be in. I guess the fact that my company is paying for the glasses is why im giving 3 stars bc its nothing out of my pocket but at the same time does

Tried 2 contact trials, the counter girl order the wrong contacts and when I called they said sorry we cant take them because you opened them. I paid out of pocket for a 6 month supply that they mistakenly ordered and was told theres nothing they can do. Been going here for years and never had such a bad experience. I had came to expect more from the staff and customer service.
Issue corrected, thanks to the staff and store manager for going above and beyond. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

Customer service of nothing. Twice a warranty issue on glasses. Called to see status as didn't call as said they would. Oh, lo and behold ready. Says open to 6:00 pm. Leave work early and closed!!! No reason. Got there at 5:20 pm. Was already disappointed at prices even with insurance. Will find anyone who is not them. Guess will take off at lunch tomorrow to get the ability to see!!!

Great staff! Very friendly not really sure why people are posting they felt rushed due to no insurance because I had no insurance and they even gave me a 20% discount on my daughters glasses since I paid the total cost and her glasses were ready 2 days later. Only complaint I have is I took her in on a Wednesday August 22nd, 2018 and made it clear I needed glasses the following day Thursday August 23rd, 2018 for her sports physical and was told they would be done and they would call me the following day since they had the frames and lenses in store well Thursday rolled around and I hadn’t heard
