In the summer of 1973, James D. Foresman Sr. opened a small excavating business. He started out with nothing more than a used backhoe and a dumptruck. Through those first hard and struggling years he rapidly gained recognition for his honesty, quality, and hard work. In 1980 he purchased our first vacuum truck, for the purpose of pumping septic tanks.
It was an old metal milk tank mounted onto a 1964 International straight truck. The demand for this service grew and in 1983 he hired his son, James D. Foresman Jr., to work full-time. Over the years more full-time employees were hired. The company began investing in additional equipment, vacuum trucks and support vehicles to better serve their customers.
