SS 2021 is inspired by England, its 19th century Victorian embroidery, 18th century ornate Wedgewood Jasperware and the delicate Cow parsley flower with its fern like foliage native to the English countryside. Retracing my steps back to my Central Saint Martins days, digging into the archives "Anglaise Broderie" fascinated me with its intricate technique.
Combining it with inspiration from the legendary Jasperware Wedgewood our theme for the season was ornate and minimal with neutral pastel colors depicting "Less is More." Finally, the native English Cow Parsley growing wildly in the countryside adds a new slant to a fresh and sun kissed affair.

I went into the store to ask a simple question. My question was if the clothing in the store was from Italy. The lady I was talking to then rudely told me she was the owner of the store and of course she would know where the clothes were from. She was extremely rude and condescending for no reason. This is not customer service and she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on the next customer which is extremely un professional. I hope somebody gives that lady a hug because she needs it.

Chandan has a mighty pantone color guide from which to translate any color that you need into a garment of silk, acetate -- whatever fabric you need. It has been the quickest and easiest way to get a top to match an outfit (or vice versa). Give Melange a try if you have a need even beyond the array that Chandan produces for the store each season.
