In 1985, Milo S. Sullivan became the Owner & CEO of Sullivan General Contracting, LLC, which has been a family owned business for over three generations. Milo gained most of his construction experience while working at a very young age. After working in the corporate world for many years, he decided that it was time to take charge of the family business.
He enrolled at New York University and in 1996 received a Diploma for Building Construction Management. This is the guiding principle behind Milo's approach to doing business.
