Hands down the worst carwash I have ever been to. Left my car more dirty than it was to begin with. I have a light colored car and the $16 gold wash left little orange brown rust colored stains. I had to argue with the attendants to get a hand towel and then I spent an hour hand scrubbing each little spot before it set with the wax coating. Awful experience!

Wow, so easy! I've been afraid to go because things like this, that are new to me, gives me anxiety. There was a gentleman at the beginning that helped me with all of the computer stuff, and then they have all of the directions possible for me/us to get through smoothly. It was a calm, easy experience. Calm, friendly staff.. Thank you!😊 My truck looks beautiful!

This wash was so aggressive it removed the clear coat and burned the paint on my suv. I contacted the company with pictures. I got a call from the general manager they say the machines they have couldn't have done that. After discussion about things make a mistake the general manager says the material on the brushes could not have done that and they were totally not responsible for the damage and wouldn't cover it!! 2 stars because technically my car was washed. The $16 dollar wash doesnt do more than an $8 or $12 wash at the gas station. I also paid extra for tire dressing which I never received as the gentleman drying cars said I had to speak Spanish (he didnt understand me which was okay i felt bad we couldnt communicate) he just kept shrugging his shoulders and sent me to the vacuum station. The tire part was frustrating however, this place just didnt seem to offer much for the price. The detail stations and vacuum stations are cool though.

I came from Phoenix so I was a bit spoiled in my options for carwashes, but I like this one pretty well. I appreciate the fact that I can just drive away without toweling off and my charcoal colored car doesn’t have many water-spots. I also love the membership option. Two things I don’t like… there is a defect in the track in the middle that always hits my tire in a worrisome way… wish they’d fix that. I also wish they’d add air hoses along with the vacuums to easily get all the water out of the crevices.

and they've also started charging people $5 to use the vacuum which was never a thing in the past and there's no sign saying that I need to pay to use the vacuum
there's signs all over the business saying that the vacuums are free. Now they're starting to stop people at the front that don't get a car wash and tell them they need to pay to use the vacuum!
I think it might be a ploy to get tips but I need to see the policy in writing before I'm giving them

Great car wash. Location is a bit strange to find and figure out where to enter the first time you visit. It is located in the same parking area as a car dealership, so it appears the carwash is for the car dealer. Once you find the entrance it is smooth sailing from there. After the wash you can pull around to the self service vacuum and dry area. They do have attendants there to do this for you if you like. Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory. The only thing that disappointed me was that there were still bugs stuck on the grill of my car after the wash even though they take a brush to it

Great staff, a gentleman hosing down cars today helped me out a lot when I got one vacuum stuck and also couldn't figure out how to pull onto the tire hold while going through the car wash lol, another gentleman helped me too when I got ANOTHER vacuum stuck. So long story short they're very patient, super nice and great prices! And free vacuums :) I spent an hour there and they were nothing but nice and helpful, 100% coming back

Have to say this place did an awesome job at setting this up. Characters seem so real, specially the little girl that reminded me of the movie The Ring.
Can't go wrong with this and at $20.00 I say is pretty reasonable.

Was trying to find the dispensary and accidentally pulled into to most amazing haunted car wash of our LIVES!!!! The owner of the car wash happened to be next to us in line and was such a positive and enthusiastic guy. Super cool! What a genius Idea, I was in desperate need of o car wash and a Haunted house.... F*** yes Sir. You are a legend mate! I mean, I recommend hitting the dispensary first, but other than that what are you doing with you're lives? If this doesn't get you out of your house lol. Guard dogs not recommended! Loved when the guy at the end, started dancing.

Wow stay away from these car washes! They don't have a valid biz license. They claim they have a state LLC license. They don't. No one knows who the owner is. When I went through the machine it almost ripped my truck bed off my truck. Then I found out one of their cleaners fell off the track and caused damage to my truck. They tried to blame me. Then they wanted me to sign a thing saying I will not hold them liable for any damages their machine caused. I take my vehicles here often as it is close to my home. I usually get a good wash but last couple of times have been OK. I had a rag and wiped everything down as it was still fairly wet after one guy wiped it down on a busy day. Lots of spots missed. They needed two guys for this as the blowers do not do a very good job.
After I got home I notice BOTH rocker panels still had grime on them and the top of the grill was still a little dirty with water spots and dirt. Of course the back area by the license plate was dirty but it always is and I just except it and clean it automatically.

This location is way better, they still have a problem with soap suds still on your vehicle when you drive out of the car wash.
This is not good especially for black vehicles, as soon as the sun hits the paint the suds leave soap marks. I as always have to wipe my whole truck off as soon as I park to use the free vacuum.

A friend told me about the one on SR Avenue- then the new one opened on College. I love both- but the College Ave location is better for me.
I pay $12.95 for the Best Wash. I plan ahead and wipe the inside of the car myself, go they the wash, use the free awesome vacuums- and I'm done in half the time, for half the cost of the other car wash places in town. And it's cleaner!!

This place is pretty fast and efficient. It's a typical drive-through car wash, the only thing a little different is that there are different colors of soap that they put on the car and some neon lights that kids might like to look at if they're in the car with you.
I have to say that the vacuums are free, and have excellent suction! After you wash your car you pull into a vacuum stall and there's one on each side and they work really really well!

This is my favorite go to spot for a car wash. I enjoy the great customer service of the greeting staff when I pull up.They're very thorough on their explanation of options available and their pre-pay package options.
I personally prefer to do majority of my car cleaning myself so having the option afterwards to go vacuum my vehicle how I want is a bonus as well as drying off my own vehicle if I want (their staff do dry windows only though). I never feel rushed at this location which is great.
