I checked reviews for different full service car washes in Santa Rosa and decided to give ProWash a try this past Saturday. (I usually go to Splash down the road but I really needed the extra treatment including interior cleaning, glass cleaned, etc.) I couldn't be more pleased with the ProWash experience and the results. My 2004 BMW came out shiny and newish looking on the outside and super clean on the inside. The rubber floor mats were pretty much spotless, the leather seats were cleaner than I've seem them since I bought the car, and windows were sparkling. I drove during sunset later

This place has really gone downhill. Now their most expensive basic package ($25) doesn't even include any interior cleaning. One block down the street you can go to brand new Splash for half the cost and at least have access to use their vacuums. To make it even worse, they had me wait for 10 minutes after the exterior wash for someone to finally tell me that even with the $25 package they wouldn't be cleaning the interior at all...

Not a great place. Old equipment. Go to Spash down the street and the automatic machine is significantly better at cleaning the vehicle. Also, I had a rewards card, and the lady would always cancel my points toward a free wash. She did it 3 separate times. Either intentional or incompetent. Who knows. But grateful it happened as Spash is better and a cheaper by $5-$6 for the same higher end wash.

Ok only 3 ⭐⭐⭐ !!!!!!! I've going to this Carwash over 25 years. The quality has gone down and prices gone up. They rush the cars through to fast especially when I take my Ford super cab they need to let the guys finish hand washing before rolling it through. It takes a little longer on bigger vehicles STOP RUSHING US THROUGH. Small cars don't require a lot of time to wash. I hope someone from management sees this and will adjust to the vehicles the wash n dry time .Thanks for listening 😊😊😊😁

The car wash exterior was horrible, didn't get out anything and the car looked terrible. The service was horrendous and I was skipped multiple times waiting in line for them to do the interior of the vehicle, I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for them to get to my interior cleaning and watched 3 others pull in after me get helped first. When I asked why that happened, no one responded to me. No masks, no social distancing, terrible experience. The ONLY reason I am not giving this 1 star is the fact that when I did finally receive interior service, the guy that helped was very polite and thorough

One star for the fact that one worker actually worked hard to wash my car. This is not a full service place. It was my first time here-- the man who approached my car to begin business was unmasked. And he stepped very close to my car! I asked him to put in a mask and he said, "I don't have one." Seriously? With the surge of Covid cases, this is simply unacceptable business behavior.

The owner's response is complete BS. Best case he's making it up. Worst case is he's intentionally lying. It wasn't a standard wash. I was quoted $180 and then $160. Your sign says complete details start at $149. I asked for a complete detail. Was quoted for a complete detail within the range of your posted pricing for complete detail. And when I presented your coupon for a complete detail all of a sudden it wasn't a complete detail. And then you totally misrepresent what happened. Maybe the scam is higher grade than I thought.

What a beautiful job! My poor Kia Sportage was so dirty and dingy and needed a good interior cleaning. Santa Rosa ProWash was the perfect fit! The service included everything inside. Carpets, mats, seats, dash and all surrounding interior trim! It's so clean and polished now! I would recommend going to Santa Rosa ProWash for your car cleaning and detailing needs!

The workers are friendly and they do a great job! We got the mini detail and saved $10 with the coupon. This was the first time getting the car cleaned in a long while and will continue to come back here for the next! We left the tip on the dashboard which we always do To Insure Proper Service. Car looks great and so happy to have the option for them to clean the inside! Lots of different services offered too!

They used some sort of cleaner/chemical on the dash of my husbands jag that destroyed the surface and refused to take responsibility for it. Tried to gaslight me into that nothing had happened and what my eyes were seeing wasn't there AND/OR I had done it myself. See the photos for what was a smooth surface is now a scratched and sticky mess. The manager said he didn't give a shi*t if I gave a poor review on Yelp. So let this be a warning about their heinous customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Just went here today for the first time based mostly on Yelp reviews, but also the great specials, including the $39.99 mini detail, advertised on their website. When I arrived the greeter informed me that the car wash was under new management as of two weeks ago and they were not honoring the website specials... ok. I had recently gone camping so I definitely still needed my car washed, so I paid the $49.99 for the mini detail -- $10 is not that big of a deal. They took about 45 minutes in total and in the end my car was still pretty dirty, inside and out. There were mud streaks on the doors

Very good service. Workers are pleasant, friendly, and work fast. They have good deals considering PEOPLE do a lot of the work, instead of just a regular drive through car wash. The only drawback is, I got a deal that included an interior cleaning, and had to get BACK into line to pull into the car port (where they do the excess internal clean) which was kinda....weird, awkward, and annoying. There's also only room for 2 cars over there. Then getting back out onto the street once the internal clean is done is a whole nother story. Anyway, overall super good

My boyfriend and I both got the $39 manager mini detail or whatever it's called. For me, I would have given a 5 Star; but my boyfriends car (which is a bit older than mine; so had more wear and tear) still looked dirty and a bit greasy on the outside.
For my car inside and outside looked great; they really get into every book and cranny; using air compressors in conjunction with vacuums to really get all the little things out.

I lucked out today and was the first on in line when I went. I bought the Mini Detail ($50). I went through the wash, and pulled around to have them work on the detail. And they were detailed! They even paid attention to the top of my vehicle, which a lot of places don't do (I have a small SUV), they tend to let it air dry and I end up getting water spots.
They even cleaned the cup holders! Another thing that other places miss! They paid attention to the inside of the door frames too.

If you need a quick exterior wash and are willing to pay $15-18 for it, this is a good place to come. The line is usually long, so be prepared to wait patiently.
They start by wetting the car down and doing some hand washing. Then you go through the machine for the rest of the wash and rinse. Two guys dry your car and put on the tire dressing at the end. Once dry, pull out onto the street and go your merry way.
I don't think they do a great job, but it is adequate. I drive a pretty utilitarian vehicle, so I don't need the best wash in the world. I do, however, appreciate efficiency

I go to the gym nearby and didn't realize this is where the place was - everyone is always turning into here and there is a long line and now I know why.
These guys work REALLY hard and swiftly. I got the manager's special - exterior and interior - for $29.99 - what a steal. My car was long overdue - not caked in mud or tons of trash in the inside - but needed a wash and vacuuming.
Telling all my friends about it and will get my husband to go here. You should go here - you will not regret it!
