Best Apartment In The Georgetown Area By Far!!
I have lived at Preston Grove Apartments for just over 10 months and I must say that I love this place. My apartment is gorgeous, the closets are huge and I never hear my neighbors. Very quiet compared to most other places I have lived over the years. The maintenance and office team are amazing! The ladies in the office are helpful, friendly and the maintenance man responds quickly. I have never lived in an apartment where the staff cares so much about maintaining the property and taking care of their residents with a smile. You can't go wrong with

EDIT: Lived in Preston Grove a year. The management is still nice, maintenance crew is still awesome. We decided to move because our upstairs neighbors were unbearably loud. Like 4 am and their child is running around type loud. After numerous verbal and written complaints to the tenants and management, no improvement, so we decided not to have anyone living above us anymore. Third floor was not an option.
Be mindful that there are many tenants who do not clean up after their dogs. The landscaping is nice, but there is no way I'm walking through that grass or would have my kids playing in it.

We overall had a very good experience living here. The office staff are generally very responsive and have improved from those when we first moved in. Good amenities. Not perfect but in terms of reasonable rent and areas this is one of the better areas to live in Savannah. Much better than the majority of apartment complexes in the area!

Apartments are very affordable and good for the price. The parking is horrendous. I had to park on the other side of the apartment complex because every single spot was taken within 3 buildings of mine on both sides. They wont resolve the issue because they have garages to rent but they are extremely tiny and not worth what they cost. Not worth it when you're already paying nearly $1000 for a 1 bedroom apartment already.

I live here. It's cool. They're maintenance people are really busy so it'll take a hot minute for them to get to whatever issue you have but they're doing they're best. Pool water temp is always PERFECT! Lots of dog people here it's great cause you can see a bunch of dogs. The bark park is just a gated area with wood chips and a bench but good enough I guess. There's always a cat walking around or laying down chillin everywhere you go but they mind their business and I once saw a rodent tiny animal body so they're contributing to the community. Being a resident at Preston Grove is quite the experience. I am very pleased with the team Preston Grove have in the community. The management team are AWESOME! Patricia and Debbie do a great job being patient and welcoming. Patricia does a great job exceeding your needs and expectations. Debbie, she is very patient and readily available to answer any questions and/or concerns that may arise. The maintenance crew are beyond what a resident can ask for. The maintenance crew goes above and beyond what is asked of them to ensure re-occurrences does not happen. And most importantly, everyday the Management

This place is a great community, excellent location, and nice buildings managed by the worst quality of people. There is no professionalism, the maintenance staff is treated terribly, and once signed as a paying customer you will be left to fix any and all problems yourself or be charged extra. Do not expect them to follow their own lease, it is only a contract to use against the renter. Phone calls will be ignored, messages will be lost, and their accounting program relies on human error to record payments.

This is a great place for anyone, family or single, student or military to live. The staff supports an awesome sense of neighborhood and community by providing a full clubhouse or poolside meal event once a month!! Who else does that? All of the staff are courteous and polite and when I have an issue, management as well as maintenance is VERY responsive and personable. Everyone I've met who lives here is very nice. And there are so many amenities you just don't get elsewhere. The grounds are always kept well manicured and trash free. The prices are very competitive and they give you great rates

Overall this place is alright if you like loud and annoying kids, a front office which will only deal with your maintenance issues after the third time contacting them, and almost getting charged for illegitimate reasons. If you want a really cool place to live go to georgetown woods because it is made by the same person just under better management.
